DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER> Purchased my vehicle two months ago from John Shepard. I asked about wipers because they looked old. He told me they were new. He lied. I had to replace them the week after I purchased the car. Today I spent over $300.00 at Tires Plus replacing the air and cabin air filter, the brake fluid was sludge, the fuel system needed cleaning. All this on a car that is "certified" and less than two months old. I only use my car for work and put in less than 50 miles per week. As a dealer goes, this place is the arm pit of them all. All of these services should have been done at 30,000 miles well before I purchased my 2013 Sonata Oh yes!! they started offering me 13% interest in the financing. I walked away from the deal three times finally gave me less than 6% interest. I was promised a small bottle of paint for a couple of touch ups by the salesman, Mr Sheppard. Still waiting. Shame on Doral Hyndai. Shame. Rachel Lauzurique

I just literally walked in and there's only one person behind the counter. No welcome salute just a simple " grab and number and we will call you". Where is your staff? There's gotta be around 30 impatient current customers waiting for service. Looking forward to spend most of my morning for a simple oil change. By the way a second employee just walked in, she is the cashier. I don't think anyone has gotten any service yet for them to see the cashier.

I'll start the review with the sales department. When finally making the decision in buying my first brand new car, which it was a Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T (base) back in September 2013 I was disappointed when I got turned down for having a low credit and basically asking for a huge down payment. From how I see it some dealers always try to do anything to sell you a car but it wasn't the case with Doral Hyundai. Made the decision to go to another dealer which it was Kendall Hyundai and I was amazed how they exceeded my expectation with their service and willing to help to sell me the car. My sales consultant was Eduardo Russinyol which is working now at Doral. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and persistent that I was going to walk away with the car I wanted... well sure enough I did and with a down payment of $1500 compared to $7000! The service was so great that my mother-in-law leased the Sonata from him at Kendall Hyundai, therefore if someone is looking in buying a car I'd recommend you see him. After a year decided to trade in the same car with the 2014 Limited edition equipped with the technology package and Eduardo made it happen again. My experience with the service department at Doral Hyundai at first it was great but then it became an absolute nightmare! Some of the service advisors looked like they were bothered and wanting to stay behind their desks. I always stand where I can see the car because I trust nobody especially them doing the maintenance... even had the eager to tell me in not being so paranoid! Well in my second visit did oil change + tire rotation (6,000 miles) and I noticed scratches in all the wheels and let it slide. In the last visit which it was at the beginning of March did the same maintenance as above and completely deep scratched the inside of lug nut hole. Spoke to service manager Frank Gonzalez and said that always happens and I didn't care about his lame excuse and said it needs to be repaired, he said "IF" they fix it I'm not allowed to do service in the dealer again so I found that very unprofessional and inappropriate. Decided to speak to general manager and he proceeded to fix the wheels and next time I bring it for service put in the notes to not remove the wheels with the air impact gun. On the way back to service manager's office all he said is this issue is going to cost him a lot of money and I said well I don't give damn but you need to fix them, he supposedly made the appointment with some company to fix it and until have not received a call from the Frank Gonzalez. If you need to do maintenance avoid Doral Hyundai as possible!

I wasted too much of my time going to many dealers to find the right car at the right price. It was stressful and exhausting to say the least. A good friend gave me a tip and told me to go to Doral Hyundai. I live in Broward so it was a drive for me but it was well worth it. I found the car I REALLY wanted with all the options and the experience itself was very pleasant, not stressful. Salesperson listened to MY needs. They valued my time and made sure the paperwork was done in a timely manner. They provided a tutorial on the vehicle's features so I was comfortable when I drove off. I would definitely go back time and time again and recommend others.

Who Helped Me:Raydel Vergara, "Nick", Troy
If there there was an option for 0 stars, count this as one. On 6/7/14 I leased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan at this dealership. The process was a hassle and the salesman (Raydel Vergara) was disrespectful. After 6 hours in the dealership, the new car pulled up. The salesman set up the SATNAV and we were ready to go, except that there were no floor mats, no 2nd set of keys,no manual, and spelled our names in the documents wrong after telling them to correct it 3 times! yes, we counted. Anyways the salesman scribbled on the We Owe Parts form and told me to come back in 3 days.(He also didn't help link me up with bluelink) 3 days later, I came to the dealership as told...no parts. Eventually after going back and forth between the service center and the salesperson, I got my floor mats, nothing else. I asked for my keys and they said to come in a week. I came one week later (after calling and confirming that my keys were there at the dealership) and no one had any idea what I was talking about. They told me after having me wait for an hour, to come back tomorrow and that the key was on its way. When it came the next day, it was the wrong one. They did however "program" the fob but it had no key in it, therefore it couldn't operate when the car was off. I would need my working complete key to use my incomplete second key. They tried a to pull fast one too by rushing a signature on something incomplete hidden in the cup holders folded down (they didn't tell me where it was) and tried rushing me out of the dealership. I confronted the salesperson (Raydel Vergara) asking what the deal was. He said that all he did is sell the car, everything else is up to me and to speak with the financier. I told him I wanted to speak with no one else other than the manager (Nick). As I was walking towards the manager, Raydel says a couple of sly (guaperia) comments trying to pick a fight. He flinches so hard after I faced him and said "Whats Up?". I set a meeting with Nick for the following week, at which he promises the key and manual by following Friday. I call for the keys to make sure. No keys are there. So I decided to go to Hyundai Customer Service to see if they could help. He also cheaply said he'd fill up my tank compensating "my trips" to the dealership. Its a $50,000 car, I can afford my own gas. I was helped out by "Guy" a very helpful and understanding person who I must say did his absolute best to handle this issue. This is my Hyundai case number 6831902 (#2714-439280407-6962). He was also given the runaround. Until reaching someone named Troy at Doral Hyundai who then "ships" the key to my house. I received a package with a key and a programming booklet. I now have a key and not a fob, which is again useless and incomplete. I contact Guy from Hyundai Customer Service to see how we approach this, but its the end of the road. There's nothing they can do. I must and will take legal and social action. 9 months later nothing has changed just my patience. If you are considering taking legal and social action against this dealership please email me at mllob001@fiu.edu. Thank You! Martin Llobell And Please! Don't get fooled by some of their good reviews. Look at the patterns and pay attention, this is one of those companies that use their employees to flood review sites with good reviews to hide the truth!
