I flew in to Fort Lauderdale last week to purchase a rare, 2015 Buick Regal GS with a manual transmission. From start to finish, the experience was positive and top notch! Because I live out of state, I negotiated freely prior to commiting to fly out to purchase the vehicle. I negotiated with/through Jonathan Funsch, and he was terrific and helpful. I must admit, the internet price advertised was a really good price to start (and I told them this after we agreed on a final price), and Jonathan asked me what price would earn my business. I gave him a price that would be acceptable as well as an ideal price. To my joy and surprise, he got back to me with a price that was $100 BELOW my ideal price. In other worse, he did better than the best price I asked!!! After that, David Hughes helped with the rest of the sale, arrangements and paperwork. He was extremely kind/pleasant, knowledgable, and a generally good guy. He even picked me up from the airport and made sure as much of the paperwork was done in advance before I arrived to same me time. He's even been in touch since the sale, just checking on me and the car to make sure everything is going smoothly and that I am satisfied. I can tell you that I am! The whole experience was really great. I am thrilled with my car and the price was better than anything else in the country--I looked! I couldn't be more thankful for all the effort and courtesy from the entire staff I met/worked with at Ed Morse Buick @ Sawgrass. Thank you! Paul

Headed out last week to a west palm beach dealer with a heavily-researched and negotiated deal on a chevy silverado ready to go. On a whim, stopped in to Ed Morse on the way up north to check out the finer Sierra and see what could be done, not expecting anything close to the $10k off sticker chevy was offering. Ended up buying one from David an hour later. From the moment I walked in it was a no-games, pleasant experience. I had honest, face to face contact with the sales manager (no hulking beast in a tie looming from behind a high desk constantly staring the deal down) and David oversaw all the details as I hemmed and hawed between the chevy and gmc. I walked away from the best car-buying experience I've ever had - hands down. Can't recommend the team at Ed Morse enough. David, especially, deserves high marks for professionalism and working hard to get a superb deal done.

WENT TO ED MORSE AUTO MALL SEARCHING FOR EITHER A GMC OR CHEVROLET. TOLD SALES MANAGER WHAT PAYMENT I WAS LOOKING FOR. TOLD SALES MANAGER RAY THAT I ALSO REFER ABOUT 30-40 PEOPLE PER YEAR TO VARIOUS DEALERSHIPS THAT ARE LOOKING TO BUY OR PURCHASE CARS. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND NEVER GOT A QUOTE. I THEN HAD TO LEAVE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL ME. TWO HOURS LATER NO CALL SO I CALL THEM. LONG STORY SHORT THE QUOTE ON THE LEASE WOULD HAVE ME PAYING OVER 10,000 MORE THAN THE QUOTE I RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. RAY'S QUOTE WAS 225.00 DOLLARS MORE A MONTH IN PAYMENT AND AN EXTRA 3,000 UP FRONT. WHEN I CALLED RAY THE SALES MANAGER AND ASKED HIM ABOUT IT. HIS REPLY "YEAH WE SELL THOSE CARS AT STICKER PRICE. WE DON'T DISCOUNT THOSE CARS SINCE THEY ARE NEW". IF YOU ARE AN INEXPERIENCED BUYER I WOULDN'T GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP. YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL ELSEWHERE. I'M AN EXPERIENCED CAR SHOPPER AND AM ONLY TRYING TO HELP THE HARD WORKING HONEST PERSON THAT'S TRYING TO GET THE LOWEST PAYMENT POSSIBLE. BUYER BEWARE OF ED MORSE SAWGRASS AUTO MALL AND ESPECIALLY THE SALES MANAGER RAY FOR GMC

We recently purchased or leased our 9th vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I wouldn't shop anywhere else! Our salesmen are Fran Smith and Kenny Carter and I can trust them to deliver the best deal on the vehicle I want in a highly professional manner. They are courteous and take time to make sure that my wife and I understand all the nuances of our new vehicle, assisting in setting up the Onstar, XM and wi-fi connections. They follow-up to ensure that all is well and are readily available to answer questions or solve any problems that we may have. As for servicing our vehicles, Todd Nakonechny is absolutely the best service professional that I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of purchasing GM vehicles. Both of our vehicles are always serviced at Ed Morse for everything from normal maintenance to warranty repairs, including new tire purchases.
