First off, let me say we had a terrible experience at another dealership. We bought a 2014 car that I knew we would take a lose, and we accepted that walking in to get a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Because of their labor day sale and annual clearance sale we almost walked away with a steal of a price, way better than we thought the outcome would be. And the amazing person to help us do that was Ms. Marlene. She was compassionate about our needs. She helped us get the best price, and the best bang for our buck. She wasn't pushy, which was something we were searching for. Before we actually bought the car we came the night before just to check everything out and see what kind of prices we were looking at before we jumped into anything. She gave us a play by play with no hidden fees, EXACTLY what our out the door price would be. No hidden doors or scams like most dealers usually pull you under with. The experience with her was great, and I would recommend going to this dealership... and seeking out this carsalesWOMAN! A+ Marlene... keep up the great job.

If going in for service, avoid at all cost. I was also told the salesman here are crooks and dishonest. Had my car serviced here a few times, for any warranty work or service I would bring it to royal palm toyota.. they are 100x better!!!!

Kudos to Royal Palm Toyota - Service Center and staff especially to Mike Gonzales for doing a excellent job for making my 2008 rav4 sport v6 fwd safe because when my vehicle had concern with steering, transmission, and front strut they inspected and solved the problem of my car by replacing the old parts of steering, transmission and front strut with new parts under the warranty of my car. For open recall of my car, Royal Palm Toyota - Service Center really care because they install the smart stop technology and had the recall repair completed of rear suspension arm. As of today, 08/10/2014 i feel like driving a new car. Thank you!

I arrived early in the morning and did not have an appointment. I was escorted in by an individual who introduced me to two service personnel by saying, "This lady needs help, she didn't make an appointment." Immediately questioning the person's emphasis on the word "didn't", the two service personnel (who were the only polite people I came in contact with) assured me this was not an issue and perhaps an unnecessary comment. Needing to follow-up with the individual we saw the day before, I was escorted to another person. The person who escorted me politely filled him in, but having had interrupted a conversation he was having he chuckled, "I'm confused. I'm confused." Granted, it's already been a rough morning and these individuals knowingly did not experience the already eventful day I've had, but some compassion and overall customer service would have been appreciated at this point. I attempted to fill in the service person with the issue I was having with my vehicle. I went on to explain what I felt was wrong with the vehicle and what I hoped they would look at. Disinterested and unamused, the service person separated my car from my house keys as I spoke and told me he'd have to go out to the car. In his return he began to type information in his computer and my vehicle was driven away. Perhaps I'm supposed to develop a follow-along type attitude, but this moment definitely called for even an iota of information. Searching for any kind of assistance, I then asked about what type of diagnostic would be done to my vehicle. The service person explained that they had to recreate the problem in order to run a diagnostic and then asked how I was getting home or if I needed a ride. Although I previously explained that the problem does not consistently occur and that our vehicle had to be at rest for some time for it happen, he was unmoved and unreassuring. Entertaining his notion of an "infinite stay", I further explained that if this were the case they would have to keep the car for weeks in order for the issue to resurface. He just didn't care. Again, perhaps if I had a more willing or disinterested demeanor, then I would have accepted a ride home. I, however, need my vehicle and am not able to sit back and passively wonder how things will be handled. In which case, I left without having my vehicle serviced. Quite frankly, I had no intention of writing a review, until I received multiple emails this morning (in error), which stated that I was "No show" for "today's appointment" - an appointment I never scheduled. Since I am unable to unthinkingly hand over my vehicle and accept thousands of dollars in charges without question, I feel that I deserved some sort of explanation or effort. If the service person was not knowledgeable about cars, then they should have expressed their specific duties and/or maybe that he would touch base when he knew more from those who actually work on the vehicles. Even so, their task is simply to reassure the customer that their vehicle will be looked at and provide a time frame of some sort. To be so blatantly disrespected and dismissed was unacceptable.
