I've brought my Toyota Tacoma into this dealership 6 times since my purchase date on Feb 12, 2016. Either for regular maintenance or for the braking clinking noises. They tell me it's the brake pad shifting in the caliper. Well, I don't believe your brake pad should shift that much to make that big of a clunking noise. So since my car was still under warranty I wanted it fixed correctly. They are trying to tell me it is just the year of the vehicle. They have kept my truck for a week, one time. they gave me a loaner car, when I got the car back and after driving it 16 miles the brakes were clunking again. They have turned my rotors twice now and the last visit they put new brake pads on it. Still not even a few days later the brakes are clicking and squeaking out of the driveway. One time they adjusted the drum brakes so tight that they couldn't even get the drum cover off the wheel on the next visit. Twice while they were working on my car I found not one scratch but two. Today, I took my car back after getting serviced and went directly to my next stop got out of truck and found a 6 inch long scratch on the driver side crew cab door. I immediately called them and had to bring the truck back to have them buff it out. It seems they would be a little bit more careful. My car has been returned to me with grease on the driver side inside door panel. I didn't mention that to them. Each visit is at least 3 to 5 hours. Today was 3 1/2 hours. Only to find a giant scratch. My regular service man has not been there for my last two visits. Last time I got a new guy who left me sitting for almost 2 hours without even saying a word to me. I finally got up and tried to ask him about my truck, he was no where to be found. No one else would give me the time of day. Finally, Jason asked if he could help me. Today's oil change they used a different weighted oil 5W-30 instead of the 0W-20 that they've been putting in my car since March 22, 2016 - May 27, 2016. I called and asked if this was the right oil for my car, they had always had synthetic oil in it before. They've been using Toyota oil SAE 0W-20. One time I asked the service man to clean off my battery cable. I checked it before I left the building and they never touched it. They had to take my truck back to the shop to do that. After waiting for hours no one wants to wait any longer. I also noticed today that the corrosion was back on the battery cable and terminal. If their doing maintenance and inspecting the truck how come they don't mention these things. I always make sure my truck is cleaned and vacuumed out before I take to service. Today, it came back with grease on the chrome on the front of the hood and a giant scratch. Well, I know their trying but I'm very dissatisfied.

To make a long story short, I was lied to by service adviser Kevin Varella and service manager Mr.Stacey (not sure of spelling). After eleven days of being told that they had not received authorization to fix my car, I found out from the warranty company that Toyota had never called them. I sent my wife over to create a scene and then they miraculously repaired the car that day. Due to the lack of professionalism and respect, I will never return to that dealership.
