Sales department was fine. Service department was the worst. Rude, unhelpful, incompetent, and perhaps dishonest. -Truck bed door failed to close properly from the day I bought Titan - Royal Palm Service accused me of trying to tow something off the closing bolt and said it could not be fixed - Delray Nissan replaced a $2.00 bolt and it works great. - After 15 months, windshield started to ooze melting sealant. Royal Palm Service "Yea, that happens" and said that Nissan would not fix. Offered to scrape the goo off. Delray Nissan got Nissan to replace the Windshield for free. -Transmission kept making a clunking sound. Royal Palm Service said "Everything is fine" Delray Nissan found a problem and got Nissan to replace transmission for free. - Royal Palm Service never called back about status of repairs or to answer questions. Repeated calls to the Service Manager went unreturned. I finally had to call a sales manager to get service to return my call. Delray Nissan gave me answers immediately. I complained to Nissan Consumer Affairs about Royal Palm Service. I will never use them and never recommend them. Go to Delray Nissan.

I had a great experience with salesman Steve Cobb and to my surprise; also with the sales management team when I leased a 2016 Altima Monday. This is my 2nd lease with Steve. I told Steve where I needed my payments to be and I got an offer. I told him I needed to be closer to my target payment and Steve went back to his sales team and got me a reasonable offer that was within $9 of my target payment. It made sense to me since I also got a 3 yr maintenance plan that I didn't have to pay for. Steve is easy to talk to and was straightforward in answering my questions; and negotiated the deal without "the games" I've experienced with other car sales folks. I would definitely work with Steve Cobb in the future. The financing department experience has never been fun and I was mentally prepared for the financing "surprise" that usually comes next, because in all honesty; my first leasing experience with this dealership 6 years ago was not a good experience at all. But I must say that this dealership has made, in my opinion; big changes for the better; as I had a good experience with the sales management team; and the Financing Manager Daniel Ahearn was quite exceptional

I had anxiety about buying a car. I did not want to spend my entire day at a dealership haggling about prices and being forced into extras that I did not need and would not use. I had nothing to worry about because the staff at Royal Palm Nissan gave me a superb buying experience. My sales person Limage asked probing questions to get to understand my preferences and must haves. He allowed me to test drive 4 vehicles and showed me both new and preowned cars. He brainstormed for ways to get me the best pricing and financing terms. He informed me about the recent graduates program since I had just finished law school. Then he introduced me to Jorge the Sales Manager. Jorge was eager to properly match me with the right vehicle and did not pressure me when I said I would return the next day with my parents so that I could get my dads opinion. Finally, I met with Dan the Finance Manager. Dan walked me through all of the documentation. He did a gift letter so my dad could sign over his old car as a trade in, and even continued to search for a lower interest rate even after I had left the dealership. To my surprise, I got a call back saying that he had reduced my interest rate by over 2/3 not 2/3 of a percent, but I went from 15% to under 5% which reduced my monthly payment by $100.00. This was a five star world class experience. They treated me like family and for this I will be forever grateful.

We were told our car was not under warranty and that we needed a brake booster replacement at the cost of a couple thousand.. When they discovered the car was still under warranty, they decided the brake pads were bad and should be replaced because they are aftermarket. 500 dollars later, the car was still having the same issue and they replaced the booster under warranty. When we tried to speak with the service manager, he wouldn't return any of our calls. These people took advantage of us. Beware!! Scott, Robert, if you want to correct this issue, simply check your friggin voice mail and call me back. you should know exactly who I am.
