I bought a 2012 Lexus 460 on January 25, 2015. The sales manager refused to take a check, or a deposit to hold the car. We could only buy it by financing it. (More income for the dealer).After waiting for hours to meet with the finance man we were hastled to but various dealer add-ons. After repeatedly telling him "No" we were at last given the keys. He told us the title paperwork would be sent directly to the Alabama Motor Vehicles Department. A week before the temporary tag expired I called the finance man to ask for a second temporary tag. I was told it would be sent "overnight". It was not. The day after the tag expired I called him again. It would be " overnighted" he assured me. When I received it I saw a secretary waited 4 days after the first tag had expired to even send the replacement, and it was sent by 2 day ground shipping. Now the second temporary tag has expired. I called the Alabama State Motor Vehicles Department and was told they have no record of papers for that vehicle ever being sent. When I pay over $50,000 for a car I expect a better job of service from a dealership. The old phrase "sell ' em and forget 'em" was never more true. I have a car I can not drive because a dealer won't follow up with the paperwork. I plan to file complaints with the Florida Atty. General fraud office, Lexus, West Palm Beach BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Automobile Dealers Association, on every social media, and when I next visit West Palm I plan to hold a press conference with local media, and expose this group of slugs for what they are.

Once you go Lexus you never go back...I am on my 3rd Lexus and they are by far the best cars I have ever driven. I just traded in my 2005 Lexus RX at 178,000 miles for a newer version. I have to commend the sales guy, Jay Bhatia & the finance lady, Shelly McFeaters. Jay first - he listened, he guided & really got me into the SUV I wanted at my affordable price point. Now as for Shelly, AMAZING - HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A FINANCIAL PERSON CALLING YOU BACK AFTER YOU MADE THE DEAL TO LOWER YOUR PERCENTAGE RATE & PROVIDE YOU WITH MORE COVERAGE? Yes, that is what Shelly did. How amazing is that? By the way my original deal was fine, this was just much better. I have also been impressed with the service & really keep the oil changed & you are pretty set with a Lexus. POSITIVELY & COMPLETELY THRILLED WITH LEXUS PALM BEACH

If you want to waste time, money, and get no where GO TO Lexus of Palm Beach! 3 trips and NOTHING after they said they could do something with my expired lease! NO NAMES will be used as I am not that type of person but this was a huge loss to Lexus to retain my business. I have had several Lexus vehicles and have been loyal to them NOT anymore due to West Palm Lexus. GOOD BYE Lexus of West Palm! YOU LOST My business to Mercedes who LOVED that I came over from your dealership and saved MONEY in doing so! Another lost customer……………..

My review of Lexus of Palm Beach, and the two men who helped me, Rick Pomante and Jeff Jerome, is brief: EXCELLENT. I met with Rick first, who helped me decide on which new LEXUS might be best for my wife and me, and then when I returned the next day, with Rick unavailable, his sales partner, Jeff Jerome took over. Both men exhibited the courtesy and professionalism you would expect in an upscale dealership like Lexus of Palm Beach; but they both added one other factor into the mix: care. My wife and I believe that Jeff and Rick truly wanted to best for us and the deal we were able to conclude was exceptional. It looks like we’ve become permanent customers of Lexus of Palm Beach. We wish we could give it 10 stars.
