After negotiating, agreeing, turning-in the title of a trade-in and signing documents for the purchase of a new Toyota Avalon, a manager of Ed Morse Toyota informed me that they could not sell the car as its price was five thousand dollars ($5000.00) too low. A clerical mistake had been made on the dealership’s part and that the price given was for a Toyota Camry. However, the dealership disregarded voice messages left and phone conversations addressing the purchase of an Avalon and not a Camry. Moreover, the dealership knew I was buying an Avalon. In fact, the vehicle in question had been prepped for me to take home.

I have been with Ed Morse for over 12 years with truly excellent service for my 2003 Highlander. Dave Romeo is a delight, and a total professional. I started my search on the internet and spoke with Bob Mendelsohn. He reserved a car for me that met my specifications. Today I leased a 2014 Camry LE. Every person that worked with me was professional, timely, and truly EXCELLENT! Hats off to Adam Henry and Ben Burnett! I will be back for service and in three years for another lease!
