I recently purchased a new truck from Parks Ford and the only word to describe their customer service is amazing. They basically bent over backwards to make my plans work and without the help of David Chris and Marco I would have driven out of the dealership in my old car. They were extremely friendly and willing to please. I would highly recommend not only the dealership but the gentlemen that I worked with very highly. WE will be returning to this dealership for all of our vehicle needs from here on out.

My wife and I bought a used vehicle from Parks Ford in June of 2014, just to be used to drive around town to run errands. After negotiating the price, which included the usual dramatic dealership run-around, and waiting an outrageous amount of time for them to get the paperwork together and handled properly, and then bring the vehicle to the front, with a proud look we were told by the salesman that their "quality maintenance team" performed an "80+ point inspection" on the vehicle. So, we were thankful that we were able to find something we liked that would fit the need we had and drove the vehicle home. We even recommended Park Ford to my in-laws who purchased a used vehicle from them within a week. Well...this "80+ point inspection" I guess didn't include checking to be sure the vehicle had an emergency brake; we had to find out the hard way. We had to take the vehicle back to have one installed, which lead to the statement by one of the maintenance workers that they "really don't do 'the inspection' on used units". So, I guess the salesman was not made aware of that in his training. Within a month the backseat driver-side window quit working and the drive shaft began sticking and now it's difficult to put it into Park. So, I took it back again in remembering the statement made, "if you have anymore problems, bring it on back and we'll take care of you". Well, this "bring it on back" cost me $100 just to tell me what I had already known, and the "fix" for these two problems were going to cost me $1,500. I only paid $7,000 for the vehicle. And six months later I'm in my driveway having to replace the alternator....cause it saved me at least $600 to do it myself rather than taking it back to Parks Ford. I will NEVER again buy a vehicle from Park Ford, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Bad business, dishonest, and poor quality of service and vehicles, at least for the used and pre-owned.

Friendly yes, good deals no. Beware of the pre-contract and the lack of providing buyers orders. Test drove Sport Edge 1/5/15. Wanted to deliver vehicle that evening,refused a pre-contract. Next day changed price on vehicle on website.Twisted the convo next day during negotiations. Bad business,dont buy from this dealer! Update-Shane and Will went through hoops and made this experience right. I purchased the vehicle and walked away witha a better experience!

After posting a unfavorable review, Shane the General Sales Manager allowed me to explain what had taken place. We reached a price I felt was fair and purchsed my Sport Edge. Am pleased with how fast the dealership made a negative experience into a good one. Thanks.
