A dealership is only as good as it’s employees. We wanted a new car to replace our 2003 Cadillac. The first place we check was Hyundai because of their reputation. Our understanding was that Hyundai had a quality product and an excellent warranty package. Upon arriving at Hyundai, we were greeted by Mohammed Duhayat. After all the introductions, he had many questions as to what we were looking for. He asked if we were looking for new or used, the type of vehicle and what accessories were required. He was genuinely interested in our needs. The Sonata was the car chosen for our test drive. It was a good fit for us. It had everything we requested and a little more. It even was the right color. A good shopper will always check other options before choosing. We did some shopping at Cadillac, Ford and Volvo. We returned to Hyundai and our new friend Mohammed. He listened to our experience with the other dealers. He said let me show you one more car that you might like better. The Azera was a bigger car and much more expensive. But, it had all the accessories we were looking for (and then some). My brother really like the extra room and the color was also a good fit. Mohammed Duhayat sold us a new Azera. We drove it home that Sunday. He did the necessary paperwork, introduced us to the financial officer and made arrangement for the service on Tuesday with Ariel Barrientos for detailing the Azera. While the car was being detailed on Tuesday Mohammed trained us on all the features of the Azera, set up the Blue Link and Bluetooth. I came to Courtesy Hyundai looming to purchase a 2015 model vehicle. I have a baby due in August and needed something a little bigger and safer. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted. My sales rep Mo was awesome. He showed me all of the models that would fit within my budget and he knew all of the key features and safety info for each one. He made my buying experience easy and in the end I was 100% confident on my choice. I Wil definitely come back to purchase my next vehicle from Mo at Courtesy Hyundai.
