Lynne went above and beyond my expectations in getting some repairs done that bordered on "under warranty or not". It was nothing I did or had control over, she accomplished it. Everyone there was great and helpful, but it was obvious she was the leader in my project.

2012 Nissan Frontier purchased from this dealership. Vehicle has 46,000 miles,and with the exception of oil changes, and a set of tires about 200 miles earlier the vehicle is excellent. The air bag indicator began to flash and I contacted Lynne Crockenberg, a Service Advisor at the dealership who advised me that the diagnostic test indicated the cushion assembly in the front seat was inoperative and the cost to replace the item would be more than $1,400. Furthermore, this particular is not a covered item under the extended policy I purchased from the dealer. She contacted the Nissan factory representative who authorized the repair of the component failure at no charge to me. Hats off to Lynne and Crown Nissan for going out of their way to return this vehicle to a safe operating mode with a properly functioning air bag system.
