A shout out to Jamie for making our first Honda purchase a very pleasant one. I thought Michelle and Jamie went the extra mile to win our business, and both were very friendly. We had one minor snafu when filling out the paperwork, but they did everything possible to ensure the rest of the experience was a good one. Looking forward to adding equipment to the Pilot in the future at a great price ;)

discovered the coupons on courtesy Palm Harbor is website. The friendliness and courteousness of the service department was exceptional. Using the coupons made the price for my services needs extraordinarily great. For just under $40 we got an oil change, tire rotation, a new set of wipers and they even washed the exterior of the vehicle! Awesome!

I had am easy time looking for a new car. Boris was very knowledgeable about the car and all it's features, worked with me to find one in a color I love, didn't bug me while I was making up my mind. Some other dealers called and called my house pressuring me to make a decision. I love my new car and it was just what I was looking for! Boris was great when I picked up the car too and explained all the forms I had to fill out and helped set up all the options on the Honda Link system and various things like lights, locks, etc. options. He was willing to spend more time with me- but I had to be some where so he offered to help me later if I had any questions.

For many years I owned Mazdas and enjoyed the autos but most of all enjoyed the care of the service department of the dealership when I visited. That all changed when the dealership in Clearwater closed and was subsequently taken over by another dealership. On several occasions the service team, at the new location, recommened repairs or replacement of tires that were totally unnecessary. When I sought to buy a new car I decided to look at Hondas and it has been a good move for me. Not only is the car more economical to drive BUT the important thing is the service department team. They are extremely courteous, helpful and I very much appreciate being treated like a valuable customer once again. I am not picking a name of an employee below because I think the entire team is to be congratulated. Thank you.
