Thought I was getting a really good deal. The car looked perfect. I bought a miata and was extra careful to make sure the top was in good shape. Signed the paperwork and took her home to find out that the top was damaged. It appeared someone tried to fix with sealant. I took it to a repair shop and they told me the whole top needs replacing. I have tried calling and emailing the store and they keep ignoring me. Nobody will help me whatsoever. My calls are even redirected.

Very impressed with technician, Sean Chai, and his knowledge of rotary engines and professional demeanor. He was very friendly and had lots of patience with my questions about my 2011 Mazda RX-8. His knowledge was incredible and my experience with him would make me take my car there again in the future. This made my overall experience with this dealership a good one. Luis in service was also very helpful and it meant a lot to me that he let me communicate with the technician directly regarding my car and he was great with follow up. The only experience that was not good was having to deal with the receptionist (Mandy). She was not well trained and was unaware of the employees who work there. I had the feeling she had the job because of a connection to someone at the dealership because why would someone with her attitude be allowed to communicate with customers. First impressions can make or break a dealership. Example: When I called to talk to Sean she said no one named Sean worked there and was very rude. In fact, 4 employees with the name Sean/Shawn are employed there. I believe the receptionist is the first impression for the dealership and that part was not good impression wise to someone who might call in. I would recommend the service area and the body shop area as a few years ago they helped me with minor damage to my car. Just be sure and get extensions so you don't have to deal with the rude receptionist. Keep up the good work Sean! You and Luis made my experience a good one!

Yesterday w picked up our 2012 Honda CRV that was in an accident with major damage. We would like to thank you all for the wonderful service!! You kept us up to date on what was going on,even though we were out of state for a few days. You promised a date that the repairs would be done by and you kept your word. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and pleasant. Would recommand your dealership to everyone. Once again thank you and wishing all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

My experience with them was outstanding. I went from looking at a used suburban, BMW, and infinity to choosing a brand new car. What caught my eye was the mazda 2015 6, I was looking before they opened on Sunday came back when they where open meet a wonderful sales agent (Brain). He didn't run my credit first to see if I was waisting his time, he asked if I see something I like I said yes test drove the dark blue mazda 6, he was asking how do I like driving it I loved it. We came back I was ready to buy the car. He asked is this car going to meet your needs I said yes and he said what about in a few years I said well ..... I then looked at a 2015 cx5 and choose the suv. A lot more happened but he treated me like I was his family or close friend I felt comfortable the whole time dealing with him he had my best interest in mind. I'm not use to that I dealt with car sales men that just wanted to sale a car and when they saw I wasn't ready they moved on to the next customer, with Brain it wasn't like that. I then dealt with Kim in finance she was absolutely wonderful. I have all smiles. I love my ruby red 2015 cx5 and I am so honored to have had that car buying experience I will refer everyone that is car shopping to them and when I'm car shopping again I will go to them 1st.
