Garry did an outstanding job presenting me all the possible models and test drives of the type of car I was looking for according to my present needs and choices. I recently lease a 2105 C300. Bruno, sales expert, and Jerry and Angelo, finance representative/manager, are wonderful. While my income is good my credit is not the best d/t previous unemployment during a high risk preg. during nursing school. I was so embarrassed by my credit and was sure I would not be approved for financing. Bruno encouraged me to just try. I did an app. and was approved for 30K, which means used car, in the world of Mercedes. Bruno told me to come in pick something out and in 12 months he would get me in my dream car. I found a used C300 I liked and we begin the haggling process. After about 45 mins in, Bruno told me he could not come down on the price anymore. He then told me to wait a moment while he talked to his manager. He came back and said Ms M we can go upstairs and pick out a New C300 and I can give you a better deal. Words could not describe the feeling I had strolling through the lot deciding on a brand new Mercedes of my choosing. Bruno worked hard and was very patient with me, in total I tested drove 7 cars. Bruno and Jerry answered all my questions and were very polite while dealing with my screaming, sleepy 2 yr old. MB of Tampa is a dealership that you can trust; they treated me with respect and kindness. This dealership treats everyone like royalty no matter your income or how you are dressed. You work hard and want to treat yourself to a luxury car, see Bruno. I had a very bad experience at Infiniti of Tampa to the point where I actually made to feel bad about myself by a sales rep and financial officer. I know reviews are suppose to be shorter than this, but I wanted to paint a vivid pictures so that you won't waste your time or injure your sense of self by visiting other dealerships, as I did.
