I purchased a 2015 STi and although they did not have the trim/color I wanted, LD and Chris Young were able to find my car at another dealership. From the time I walked into the dealership to test drive a car 1 1/2 months before my purchase to the final signature the day my car arrived, I had great contact from them and felt no pressure to buy anything. The numbers were put in front of me and there were no games. I will definitely recommend Mastro Subaru Tampa to my friends. Good job by all!

After a whirlwind two days of shopping multiple brands at multiple dealerships, I went back to the first dealership that I visited, Mastro Subaru. The entire team made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door and throughout the entire shopping experience. The were very fair to deal with and didn't play any back and forth games. The negotiations were quick and straight forward. Thank you to Jesse Pullen, Mike Gladue, and Ronnie Myles for making this a great buying experience (third one in three years!)

Our buying experience from Mastro and in particular with Mike Gladue. There was no "high pressure" tactics at any time. Would have walked out if this happened. Mike was always courteous during the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

Our sales man Mike Brisson was incredible!!!! He didn't try to sell me a car, he didn't have to, the car sold itself and I had researched Suburu and knew I was getting my moneys worth. What Mike did do was enhance my entire buying experience,his knowledge was impressive and his personality rocked. From the beginning to the end all team members we encountered were exceptional and I can say that this was the first time I truly had FUN buying a car.
