I purchased an Acura 12 mos ago and have had nothing but problems. So far, I brought the car in for the transmission twice, blower motor twice, and it completely died in Orlando. I had it towed to Sanford to get it fixed. I have invested a considerable amount of time (with my brand new car)driving back and forth to dealers, stranded on the side of the road, calling and waiting for the tow truck, and sitting in the waiting room...a grand total of about 17 hours. Who's responsible for that? This last time, they gave me a loaner car for the time the car was being worked on. During that time, someone backed into me and created 214 dollars worth of damage. I realize that I was loaned the car under the assumption that I would return it in the same condition that I received it, although shouldn't there be some good faith for the time that I have spent with the issues. When I asked about them absorbing the 214 dollar cost, I was told that the manager, John Schnepp, felt I should be responsible for it. I'm 42 years old and probably will buy 5-6 more new cars in my lifetime. Enjoy the 214 dollars John! I guess I will go to Lexus or Infinity next time. Food for thought, future customers!

Crown was professional, helpful, honest and open. Gillian Barnes was one of the finest salespeople I have ever come across....in the car business or elsewhere. She knew her product, picked up on our needs and wants and could not do more. We did not buy for a couple of reasons, but that was certainly not the fault of the dealer or Gillian. She would be an asset no matter where she worked or in what field. Highly intelligent, well spoken, knew how to put us at ease-what an asset.
