As a Physician in practice for over 40 years, I think I know excellence when I come across it. I have owned SL and S-class Mercedes models since 1981 and have dealt with many dealerships. None can even come close to Mercedes Benz of Naples in the way both you and your car are treated. My Service advisor, Chuck Searles, whom I have dealt with for 5 years, is like a member of my family taking care of my car. I have called his cell on weekends and he has arranged service and loaner cars immediately under the most difficult of circumstances. He goes the extra mile in diagnosing unusual and complex problems until they are completely fixed. I could go on and on about Chuck, but suffice it to say that Mercedes Benz should be proud to have such a person working for them. Last week I just bought a 2015 SL550 White Arrow. My sales Consultant, Debbie Marino,(we had never met before), on our first visit spent over 4 hours going over, in minute detail,( not knowing if I would buy the car from her) the pros and cons of the new 400SL versus the 550 White Arrow. Once I decided to buy the White Arrow she took care of everything by phone so all I had to do was show up and sign the appropriate forms when the car was ready for delivery. I was never pressured and she was willing to negotiate price so both sides were happy. It was a true pleasure dealing with a person like Debbie who is just the opposite of the stereotype car salesperson. The final paperwork and financial aspects were made so simple by Joe Jalbert. He had everything ready to go so that in 20 minutes all the forms were explained to us and signed. This had been a tedious and time-consuming task at past dealerships. Joe gets high marks for making this stop so simple and easy. When we picked up our car, our Delivery Coordinator, John Malikoglu was waiting, and he spent the entire day explaining and showing, first to my wife and then to me, all the details of the new car equipment and bells and whistles, of which there are a lot. We have scheduled 2 more sessions with John to be sure we are comfortable in knowing and using all the features that this great car has to offer. He is so patient and caring that he even told us to call his cell if we ever have a question. I have never had anyone like John take the time to go over and explain new-car features the way he did with us. Living full-time in Naples now for 5 years, I can definitely say that compared to other dealerships we have dealt with in the past, Mercedes-Benz of Naples is the best of the best, in my opinion, in service, sales, and ambience ( the place is immaculate, and the Starbucks coffee and breakfast spread makes your visits a pleasure). I was just shopping around for a 2015 Mercedes c300. I just able to turn in my old 2012 Mercedes c250 and transition to a nicely equipped 2015 model for about the same price. Nick and Patrick are wonderful. They make the buying experience so smooth. If they keep providing the same level of expertise, they will see me again when my lease is up in 3 years. Thank you guys.
