Sarasota Ford was not my first pick when I began shopping because of the distance to my home (500 miles). Getting in touch with them was the best idea ever. From my initial email contact through the after sale communications, the entire experience is by far the most enjoyable vehicle buying experience to date. My sales rep (Parker Reed) returned my emails and my phone calls, answered ALL my questions (in detail). This was a internet sales purchase and never visited the show room until a deal was reached. I did extensive research on the vehicle I wanted, my take is that Ford makes the vehicle and the dealer is for customer service and support. That said, they Nailed the Customer service and support aspect. Even sitting in the hot seat with the Finance Manager (Lon Vickery ) was a pleasant experience. He explained the process and options without badgering us to purchase add-ons. From the moment I enter the dealership I could tell that this place was set up for the customer experience. The amenities and the staff are customer centered. I was greeted by every employee with a smile and hello, was asked half a dozen times if I needed anything. Introduced to several managers (they didn't hide behind tinted windows and desks). I would recommend Sarasota Ford to anyone in the market. I would feel comfortable sending my family members there.

Steve Oliver is my hero! He saw my longing for a loaded car, realized it would probably be my last one and made the best vehicle possible for me. He was courteous and fun to work with. When he finished his sales pitch about the car and said he just couldn't give it to me even with my charm and good looks , he turned me over to Scott who reminded me time and again how wonderful you all are and what a great deal I had. After satisfying my doubts, he helped me sign the rest of my life away on the pink line, assuring me at least I was going out in style. Good man. Steve introduced me to all of the poor souls that would have to deal with my service. If Vern could only make the congress as terrific as the dealership life on this planet would be spectacular! Thanks again to Ashley who helped me with chat and directed me to right place. Might adopt her as granddaughter in charge of technology when my kids are away! Scott could use her also because his new signature machine doesn't work, Where are the good old days???

Let me start by saying that I am on vacation from Michigan and did not purchased my Escape from Sarasota Ford. I had to get a new phone and I had a problem setting my new phone. I came to Sarasota Ford and I asked one of the salesman Andy to see if he could help me out. He spend 30 minutes with me and he explained all of the other features that I did not even knew that I had. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help.

Fist day may 15 I was greeted buy a young lady her name was Shellena Tillman a very Pleasant personable young lady who was very informational and made me feel comfortable Lorenzo the salesman himself very pleasant very knowledgeable they both was very attentive to my needs making sure I got what I wanted everyone that was involved with helping me through this process and transaction was very professional I love the experience and we'll do it all over again thank you Sarasota Ford and your employees for being so knowledgeable.

5/21/2016 Took my truck there to get repaired. WORST MISTAKE !!! ever! Should have read the 30 + reviews here. Will NEVER go back to SARASOTA FORD, and will tell all my friends about how bad they are there! People are LAZY and many are LIARS !! I asked my husband who helped him that lied to him, and he said Kyle was trying to help, but that they ALL lied.....Said different things to him about his truck, what it needed, had had done, etc. One person tells you one thing--Another person tells you something else! Poor customer service is what you will get here. Very poor service from this dealership. If you are willing to spend hours and hours to get your vehicle and don't mind bait and switch tactics, liars, lazy people this is the place for you to go. Has to be the worst dealership ever! And also the worst service department ever!! There is more, but just too many negatives to actually list out in detail here.
