I have been here for my last time. It's not only me. I listen to all of the service advisor talking to the other customers. Every repair, no matter what they bring it in for, is $1000 or better. I went in for front right brake pad squeak. They wanted $400 just for the front pads. Then they said I should replace the rear at the same time (even though I checked them and they had over 5cm left). They wanted $350 for those. Then they said do the rotors too. That was another $1000. They are a rip off!! Stay far away from them and warn all of your friends to do the same. I could not find the rakes pads at any other store or any website for over $150. They charged me $250 and then 2 .5hrs of labor, shop supplies etc etc. They are the worst rip off!!! Be warned to stay away!!!!

dealership won't do warranty work.had extended warranty and everytime i brought my vehicle in for service they gave some excuse why they can't do the work. Paying for a repair that's another story,they jump right on it. stay away if you need warranty work done.

The dealership was reccomended by my brother. He is retired from GM. He purchased his new vehicle from Palm Chevrolet. The first gentleman we saw due to my brothers reccomendation was Jason. He was super nice to us. He then turned us over to Mike as soon as he learned what vehicles we were interested in. Mike was kind courteous and not at all pushy with us. He worked out serveral quotes for us on different vehicles. We were not sure if we would buy or lease. Because of our budget at this time we took advantage a open end lease on a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. It is a beauty. We also drove a Impala and loved it also. The comfort and handling of the Malibu was a great fit for my wife and the price for the monthly payments were perfect. Mike was so anxious to make our purchase and time there a pleasue he ask if we would like some water or coffee, which we took him up on. He is a super guy and we laughed and when we left we felt like old friends. His professionalism and concern over our comfort was apparent. He knew the products and did all he could to make us happy for making a purchase with Palm. We will certainly reccomend them to our friends and the rest of the family. We would also like to mention that the finance manager Richard was equally as friendly and help to go through the process of signing all the paperwork as required.
