My experience was pretty terrible - Let me start by saying I don't know who is to blame, but my opinion is the parts department is incompetent. Early on Monday morning I brought my truck for an evaluation of a check engine light. Later that day I received a call from Bill, who was extra nice, explaining my problem and said I needed a new catalytic converter. So I authorized them to do the work and he said I'd have my truck back in around 3 days - they had to order the part and no big deal. Three days later I called (didn't speak with Bill) and they said the truck would be ready by noon the next day. So Friday around lunch time I called to see if the truck was ready to be picked up and Bill said the part had not arrived. Well...I was a little steamed because I have been without a vehicle all week and now will be without on on the weekend, but he apologized and said the part would be in on Monday. Monday around 4pm I called to see if they had finished with the truck and still....no part...However they have the tracking number and it is on either the delivery truck that arrives at night or 10:30 am Tuesday and as soon as the part arrives they'll bolt it on and give me a call. Tuesday around 4pm I called to see if the work was finished...and still no part. So I explained that I did not have confidence in them to do the work and went to the dealership and picked up my truck...with no work completed after sitting at the dealership over a week. I don't know whose fault it was they don't seem like the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. They will not receive any money from me, for anything, ever.

Adrian Koby did a very good job in helping me select the mustang that meets my needs. The closing process was faster than what I had experienced at other dealers. The follow up team went over some of the features of the mustang I bought and even set up the cell phones for me.
