took my jeep to get its left passenger head rest fixed and came back and both were broken. They told me they were both broken and they couldn't fix it- but really only one was broken. Not only had they broken both of them but they wanted to charge me $70 for the service. They even called the cops because I was getting really frustrated. None of which was my fault, they are just terrible at handling things themselves and can't fix anything so they call the cops. How pathetic. Worst place ever.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I live out of state. I went to the credit union before driving such a long way. The dealership sent all the prices and taxes and the estimate I was given at the bank was only $5 off what I wanted my payment to be. I gave all this information back to the dealership and was told it was guaranteed to happen they would get me within this $5 no problem. So I made the 3 hour drive up from Alabama. When I arrived at the dealership nothing was what they said. They tried to force a very high interest rate on me, triple what I was offered at the credit union. I have an excellent credit score of over 800. They also tried to push the max loan term allowed on me. Absolutely not!!! The bad part is they put it in the loan to begin with without asking me, even though they knew what I said I wanted the loan term to be, and I didn't find out they did this until I specifically asked. When I refused this it became an issue, even though at the lower options the payments were still in my range. They tried to lowball me for my car and tell me that because it needed new Rodors that should be a price deduction of $2000. It took an entire day of arguing and me leaving almost several times before they gave me that $5 that would be "NO PROBLEM." If I hadn't drove such a long way I would have never purchased from here. The finance guy Bob was extremely rude. Everytime they had to make a concession he slammed papers across the desk, cussed, and even eventually would no longer answer my questions he just acted like he didn't hear me. That should have been the point that I walked out. But since I drove such a long way I decided to just do it since it eventually ended up where I wanted it to be. Well when I got home I discovered I had been lied to about several things. The sticker on the window stated the car had a CD player, which I still have this sticker, but the car does not have one. I was also told by 3 Different salesman including the sales manager that the car had a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty and I have this saved in texts to prove it. When I took it to the dealership at home it is in fact only 5 year 60,000 mile. Then today I get the call that they miscalculated the sales tax for the tag. Now all this paperwork was already signed on the bill of sale and finalized last week, but they missed $144. They called wanting me to pay and when I refused to pay for THEIR error they are now withholding my information that I need to get my tag until it's paid. Which sounds pretty illegal. After I stated this now their plan is to send it unpaid so that if I want a tag I will have to pay it myself. After I was told this by Sheryl I demanded to speak to the general manager Billy and she refused to give me his number. When I stated this was enough that I was going to leave a review of how they have treated me here, she hung up on me. I called back and No one at the dealership will give me his number or let me speak with him. What they say and what they actually do are two very different things. Save yourself the trouble and don't purchase from here!!

What a great experience from these folks! Starting with Joe and internet team, then being handed over to Roger to ensure our families needs and expectations were met, they are truly a group of professionals that put the customer before the make or model. I called Joe to inform him of my trade and verify pricing and see if there were any hidden fees prior to making the 2.5 hour drive. They were very courteous and pricing is the best around for the vehicle I purchased. They beat the deals in pricing up front so you don't need to worry about playing games, and are very fair on trade vehicles. That trip saved me nearly 4K, and hours of needless games. Snow White diner next door was a nice place to grab a burger while they cleaned my new ride too! A+ experience.

Bought a nice Jeep at a good price. Even had decent service for an "out of box" failure of a part before I left the lot. Surprise came when other chassis parts did not fit properly and the dealership called it normal manufacturing differences. Cant believe a dealership would "support" shoddy craftsmanship on any product that they sell.
