i called to ask what the difference between the 2 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited were besides the years and miles they had listed on there website was, first one 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited had only 72000 mile listed and one owner(listed on site for 11,300, the 2nd was a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 138,000 (listed for 11500), after getting the run around they said they did not show the 2004 in the system but the 2005 was, as i was looking at the site i said oh looks like one is the Beaman dealership in murfreesboro to the point of the dude said well it is not showing on my computer, i asked if he went to there web site to look and he said no but wanted to know if i would like to come in and do a test drive, i said no i would go look at the one in murfreesboro because it had less miles and 1 owner listed . guy asked if he could have my name and phone # should anything else come in he would give me a call to this point i said no you have been no help so far so why give my # to someone that will prob try and sale it to a telemarkerter. i head to the boro lot and began to look around found the 2004 jeep which was in nice shape and was treated nice till i went to trade in my car(2007 350z was looking for something not so hard to get into and had more room and safe to drive during the winter.) the tires were wore some but they try to tell me they were Dry rotted (lie #1 i had just had my car serviced the day before and was told the tread was around 50% but would be good for a while.) then proceed to tell me that it would cost about 2500$ to replace (lie #2 i had just had a set quoted while i was getting it serviced and tax labor and all was 475$). when i asked about the one here (nashville) and they said wait looked it up showed it there and said yea for that one we would do an even trade, call this dealer and said that it was actually in admissions to see if anything was wrong with it i asked if they could have it brought to this location, they called and proceeded to tell me it was in admissions, so i wait 30 mins dude comes out and tells me it is going to cost like 2500$ to repair so they was just going to ship it to auction. so looking here on auto trader 3 days later and both jeeps are listed so i call Beaman of Nashville again just to see if they jeep was still on the lot, and yup it still there still same price, wanted to know if i wanted to come in and test drive again and i said nope i don't deal with dealerships that lie way to much and when called out on it still want to know if you want the car. i know they all lie, but treat me nice like the people that did when i bought my first car the 2007 350Z and i will leave better reviews.

Bought a used Scion that they just received on trade-in and they assured me that they would take out a few dents and do some body work to make it look great. After dealing with other dealership for the last 30 years of car buying I was a bit worried that they would not honor our agreement since I paid for the car already. Dropped it off today for the repairs and got super-great treatment. These folks are better than most. I have spoke with several Beaman employees and I get the impression they all care and they seem confident that their company would do the right thing and take care of us. They did take good care of us and we will buy here again. Al Nixon and Sterling were great before and after the sale and Mike the Sales Manager is amazing. Body Shop(Brian) , Finance (Jennifer), and reception (Joan) are also top notch! YMMV, but they were very good to us.

Visited Beaman Toyota, even though several clients told me to go to Roberts Toyota. When I arrived with my wife there was no where to park. So I parked up at the GMC building and walked down with my wife Karen. We were met outside by a salesman who ran up to us and said he was Scott Hamilton. He never asked us our name, just immediately wanted to know what we wanted to look at. We wanted either a Camry Hybrid or a Prius for our estimators at our heavy equipment business. He took us inside and disappeared for about 10 minutes. When he came back, he again asked us what we wanted to look at? Again my wife said a Camry Hybrid or a Prius. He took us outside in the freezing cold and we must have walked around for almost a half hour before he said " lets go back inside ". We sat down and he disappeared AGAIN. We he came back he asked us if we had been anywhere else or found what we wanted at another dealer and said he would trade for it? We told him that some business clients had told us to go to Roberts Toyota. Once again he disappeared and finally came back with another sales person and said " this is Tim ? I have an appointment thats going to show up later this afternoon". He laughed then left and we started over with Tim. Starting over with Tim, who told us " Scott does that all the time if he thinks the customer is going to be difficult" and that " he does not have an appointment later" Now confused we told Tim that color really did not matter and that were interested in the 0 % or would lease it and buy it at the end of the lease due to the miles. When we told him that we were putting the vehicle in our company name and wanted the 0 % he said he did not know if we could get the 0 % and put it in our company name.. We told him our credit was perfect and in the upper 700 range. He still said he did not know and left. He came back with a woman from the finance office named Jennifer. She was agitated, never sat down and said " I am very busy and backed up " " what do you want ". After several rounds of her verbal abuse she told us we could NOT have 0 % if we put the vehicle in our company name even though we were signing for it. We asked to speak to her manager and she said " I don't have one " " I run finance ". My wife was furious. This woman was arrogant and lied to us. We got up to leave, then Tim ran after us out the door. In the end,we bought a Prius AND a Camry Hybrid from Roberts Toyota WITH 0 % in our company name. If you want to be lied to and treated like trash definitely go to Beaman, If you want to be ignored because you have too may questions ask for the two employees above.

we went online and priced a Prius 4. When we went to the dealership they sold us a Prius 3 without our knowledge. We paid the same price as the Prius four. We found out about a year or so later that our car was actually a Prius 3.
