Bought a used Scion that they just received on trade-in and they assured me that they would take out a few dents and do some body work to make it look great. After dealing with other dealership for the last 30 years of car buying I was a bit worried that they would not honor our agreement since I paid for the car already. Dropped it off today for the repairs and got super-great treatment. These folks are better than most. I have spoke with several Beaman employees and I get the impression they all care and they seem confident that their company would do the right thing and take care of us. They did take good care of us and we will buy here again. Al Nixon and Sterling were great before and after the sale and Mike the Sales Manager is amazing. Body Shop(Brian) , Finance (Jennifer), and reception (Joan) are also top notch! YMMV, but they were very good to us.

Visited Beaman Toyota, even though several clients told me to go to Roberts Toyota. When I arrived with my wife there was no where to park. So I parked up at the GMC building and walked down with my wife Karen. We were met outside by a salesman who ran up to us and said he was Scott Hamilton. He never asked us our name, just immediately wanted to know what we wanted to look at. We wanted either a Camry Hybrid or a Prius for our estimators at our heavy equipment business. He took us inside and disappeared for about 10 minutes. When he came back, he again asked us what we wanted to look at? Again my wife said a Camry Hybrid or a Prius. He took us outside in the freezing cold and we must have walked around for almost a half hour before he said " lets go back inside ". We sat down and he disappeared AGAIN. We he came back he asked us if we had been anywhere else or found what we wanted at another dealer and said he would trade for it? We told him that some business clients had told us to go to Roberts Toyota. Once again he disappeared and finally came back with another sales person and said " this is Tim ? I have an appointment thats going to show up later this afternoon". He laughed then left and we started over with Tim. Starting over with Tim, who told us " Scott does that all the time if he thinks the customer is going to be difficult" and that " he does not have an appointment later" Now confused we told Tim that color really did not matter and that were interested in the 0 % or would lease it and buy it at the end of the lease due to the miles. When we told him that we were putting the vehicle in our company name and wanted the 0 % he said he did not know if we could get the 0 % and put it in our company name.. We told him our credit was perfect and in the upper 700 range. He still said he did not know and left. He came back with a woman from the finance office named Jennifer. She was agitated, never sat down and said " I am very busy and backed up " " what do you want ". After several rounds of her verbal abuse she told us we could NOT have 0 % if we put the vehicle in our company name even though we were signing for it. We asked to speak to her manager and she said " I don't have one " " I run finance ". My wife was furious. This woman was arrogant and lied to us. We got up to leave, then Tim ran after us out the door. In the end,we bought a Prius AND a Camry Hybrid from Roberts Toyota WITH 0 % in our company name. If you want to be lied to and treated like trash definitely go to Beaman, If you want to be ignored because you have too may questions ask for the two employees above.

we went online and priced a Prius 4. When we went to the dealership they sold us a Prius 3 without our knowledge. We paid the same price as the Prius four. We found out about a year or so later that our car was actually a Prius 3.

We were trying to negotiate on a 2014 Corolla S, found one on there website for a good price. We have called and talk to Matthew Petty, was told that it was already sold and the reason why the other one was discounted at low price was because it was their " Go to car" which is their run errands vehicle but has another one just like it. Was told also this one has more option but is a bit more pricey then that one, will work something out to get close to the price as the other one. My wife and I test drove it, loved and willy to buy it that night.Also the car had 500 miles on it, Matt told us the reason for the miles was that it came from another dealer so Toyota brought it here because of the high volume sales in the state. During negotiation, we were firm on a price we think is worth due to it is a 2014 model and has 500-ish miles on it and we are bringing our own outside finance, we can get a 2015 for a good price, yes not an S model but a good LE model. Well he brought the manager that was working night, was told he is declining the offer.Then I was trying to make a statement about earlier we test drive a Kia Forte and the price was the same but we already schedule to go look at a Civic. When i mention that seems like he got mad/irritated the fact i made that statement and so the manager said to me " Go buy the Forte and i will sale this Corolla to someone else at a higher price then we offered you. I didn't even want to sell to you at this price anyway" This is when i got P.O. and had to walk away.A week later, we got a called from Matt saying they still got the car and if we want it, we can drive it off today. We told him we want at the price we said that night, he then got another manager to get an approval for the price and told its good, come on in. I did called before we head out there but when called Matt got confused on the price we have talked about, we told him nope we're not coming. We called a day later because we have just drove the Civic and loved it but wanted to make sure if Matt has the car and see what he can do to get the price where we have talked about the other day, he called back an hour saying we are good and told us to come on in. So we did and was about to the sign the paper during finance, then last minute we had to sign a damage report on the car about the rear bumper and they had to replace it, the finance guy said just a minor paint scratch but why in the world did they had to replace it for a scratch??? We were DONE, we stormed out, my wife was about to punch somebody in the face. If someone had told us about it from the start, we would be ok with it but it seems shady from the start, everyone in there had a different story about where the car came from. I think what happen was , it was their joy ride car, some one damaged it bad or came off the truck damage, We have ask for pictures but couldn't provide one. Then Matt called about 2 hours later that they are willing to bring the drop price even more, the final flag for us,we are not going there anymore and deal with the dealership. I should have listen to my gut the second time about this place and the car.
