We contacted Harper Acura via the internet after not having any luck with finding the right inventory in our hometown. Steve Rhea immediately emailed us to confirm receipt of our inquiry (even on Sunday when the dealership was closed) and worked hard on numbers and quotes for us on a certified used MDX and a new MDX. We know that we can be difficult customers and very demanding, but Steve handled it all in stride and was incredibly patient and responsive over email communications and by telephone as we finalized the deal with him. He worked incredibly hard to win our business, but was never overbearing, pushy, or aggressive. Steve epitomized the best car buying experience we have ever had - he pointed out pros and cons to both vehicles we were considering, was upfront about costs, was laid back and genuinely helpful, and above all, respectful. He recognized that we had already done our research and wanted to make the process as smooth as possible. R. Jay was also great in helping finalizing financing. We 100% recommend Harper Acura and Steve Rhea and will be repeat customers in the future.

Michael Boswell, what a true professional! Michael was a true pleasure to work with, did not waste my time trying to show me things I "might" want, he knew what I wanted and showed it to me and I bought it. He was very friendly, well knowledge in the vehicle, showed great respect towards myself and my time. R. Jay Prusik made the paperwork hassle free, even tried to get me a better rate on the loan when he didn't have to. R Jay was very professional, knew what he was doing, made everything easy for me. I've have done nothing but praise them to everyone who asks about my new car, I will gladly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be buying from them in the future.

Worked with R. Jay and Mark on a used car I found on autotrader. Live 3 hours away and they were more than accomodating to my schedule twice as I was coming through East TN. Helped me out by cramming me in on a previous business trips when having issues with my RL so I was glad to give them the business. Seemless buying experience, no surprises, and wonderful customer service. Certainly not a traditional sale for them but they handled it with ease.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Harper Acura. Mark listened to our desires and constraints and came up with the perfect car for our needs. His friendly, authentic attitude and low key approach made us feel appreciated but not pressured. As soon as we can fit it into our budget, we'll be back to Harper Acura to get another great deal and we'll be sure to ask specifically for Mark.
