Was treated ok on sat but then on Monday was supposed to come sign and test drive Numbers had totally changed. Was treated very disrespectful and lied to. The car was not even there so they used that to try to sale a different car. The GM backed her up and all her lies. He had no answer for why she didn't keep her word or even have the car there. Wasted time to go there when she stated that 430 certain would be there. So many lies. Very rude lady. Don't waste your time here. Awful.

I enjoyed picking out a car that was just perfect, the Mazda 6. Sales guy was helpful and patient with my questions, but all that was forgotten after I discovered he lied to me about the price. After dealer add ons the MSRP was $29,090. Sales rep left & returned 15 minutes later with a final price of $28,080. I was told this was customary for Mazda, to not mark-up the sticker price. He also said he was giving me the Internet price and couldn't go any lower at all. I didn't feel good about this but told him I would be back the next day to pick up the car. I later was looking around the website and found "my car". This is where I got mad!, The MSRP was still the same, 29,090, but "Internet Price", $25,490, Makes me furious to think about how many people get taken advantage of by these folks. I was almost one of them. Not looking forward to having to buy in Memphis, but.... If I can't trust you, nothing else really matters.

This is the worst they are dealership that I have ever been to I have a Ford focus that when I got home I called back because I told them I didn't want this car they refused to give me mine by then I'll talk with Jason Hawkins that works there he was rude to tell me I need to take memory medicine and it was just a very horrible horrible experience and I will never buy from them again

A very excellent dealership to work with. They are true to their word and go out of their way to help their customer. The owner wants to satisfy his clients and go out of his way to do so. Every business has to make a profit, but he does not try to make a killing on his customers. Recommend the Dealership very highly. Enjoying the Mazda I bought from them.
