WE SPOKE AFTER THE DEAL WAS OVER ON THE PHONE AND YOU APOLOGIZED TO ME? YOU SAID "I(YOU) WERE JUST TIRED" AND THAT YOU DIDN'T MEAN TO SNAP THE WAY YOU DID AT OVER THE PHONE FOR ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS WE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE DEAL. YOU NEVER SAID WE DID ANYTHING WRONG...AND THIS REVIEW IS CLEARLY AFTER. PLEASE CALL ME. 2512296588 THERE HAS BEEN A PATTERN OF PEOPLE POSTING REVIEWS THAT HAVE A NEGATIVE TWIST, INSTEAD OF HANDLING THE SITUATION WHILE THEY ARE IN IT TO PREVENT A BAD REVIEW, BUT WAY MORE IMPORTANTLY GETTING THE DEAL THEY DESERVE OR THE INFORMATION YOU NEEDED BEFORE BUYING AN EXPENSIVE VEHICLE. I would not at this time recommend the dealership because I believe that the customer is not put first. Untruths were said to benefit the dealership and not the customer. Then after everything is said and done we were suppose to be happy that Josh gave  us $3500 in rebates. I thought that was something we automatically got if we qualified.
