I wanted to buy the 2015 Subaru BRZ special edition blue series. It had apparently been ordered by another customer who initially rejected it. My husband went to the dealership at 9am to purchase it; however, our salesman was not scheduled to come in until 1pm. Out of courtesy to the salesman, my husband told them he would come in at 5pm (after he got off work) and buy it so Max could have the sale. He was not told that someone else was interested in the car; however, he was asked if he would like to put a deposit on it. He chose not to put down a deposit. I received a call from Max at 3pm telling me the car was sold. I was really disappointed and angry. We tried working with higher management to get the same model elsewhere. They told us they could not find another one at any other dealership. The next weekend I came upon the same model in Newport, Virginia at Casey Subaru. Of course, I bought it. I will not step foot on any Bachman lot in Louisville to purchase a vehicle. There are better dealerships with whom to do business.
