I recently traded in my old pickup for a 2010 Chevy Silverado at Parker Ford in Murray, Ky. In all honesty - I was loathing the entire negotiation process that goes along with buying a vehicle from a dealership (especially when a trade-in is involved). Immediately I could tell that this was not the typical group of "pushy" sales people, actually it was just the opposite. The atmosphere was very relaxed and genuinely concerned with making sure I felt very comfortable with whatever decision I made. I was very impressed with the financing group as well, they were able to get me a super low rate on the loan. Most of all - I got a great price on a great vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, David Parker and his group are 1st class, these folks know how to build relationships.

Our experience with Parker Ford Lincoln began with the purchase of our 2013 Lincoln MKZ in February of 2013. Our salesman, Tim, was friendly and courteous. The buying experience was a pleasure. We have enjoyed the complimentary service on our Lincoln. We have been made to feel appreciated all along the way. Recently, we experienced an issue with the climate control system. The service department got us scheduled promptly and arranged for a very nice late model loaner car for my wife to drive while the work was being performed. Parts were ordered and installed to address the issue. Before returning the car, Parker's performed the complementary regular service on the MKZ. When all the work was completed, the car was washed thoroughly. Parker's arranged to have the car delivered to my wife's office approximately 30 miles away. There is definitely a culture that emphasizes quality and customer service. All that I can say is thanks to David Parker and all the folks at Parker Ford Lincoln.

After wrecking my Ranger I needed a car fast. Living 20 miles out of town I had to get there for work starting the next day. Al & Jill went out of their way to find something I could afford & have financing for me while I was at work. That evening they arranged for me to take they vehicle so I had a way home & back to work. that afternoon the paperwork was signed. Both went above & beyond to help me.

After much traveling and searching for a specific vehicle, Tim at Murray came through for me. I had some very good experiences at other dealers, but also some poor ones. I couldn’t be more pleased with Tim and the staff at Parker Ford.
