I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I've been to Garland Nissan in the past, but one thing that seemed to stand out to me the most was the car salesman Susan. I am so displeased with how such a young lady can act so classless and obscene. For example, she wears such inappropriate clothing. I was sitting in the waiting room and she went outside to smoke a cigarette with the other salesmen and she stood right in front of the waiting room windows. What you could see, you would expect to see at a low class strip club not a professional work environment. Another problem is how she talks around the customers is so distasteful. She will cuss and talk very unpleasant no matter who is around. I had a conversation with a gentleman who has been "helped" by Susan and he told me "don't let that pretty smile fool you, she will cut your throat". That is not the kind of reputation a salesman would want to have. Another time I was at Garland Nissan and she was having a very loud dispute with another salesman in the middle of the dealership. It is not a very appreciated behavior. It amazes me how she can act this way at a professional environment. Because of these unpleasant experiences I will not be back. From now on I will be doing my business at Matthew's Nissan, they seem more customer friendly.

I call and made an offer on a used truck in stock. After a few back and forth phone calls, the offer was agreed on by Thomas Boggs by phone. I told him I was from Alabama which is 4 hours away from this dealership. He called me the morning I was to travel with my son to purchase the truck and we confirmed the out the door price. I even told him the exact amount I would pay for the truck. He said he would call me back as soon as he got permission from the boss to sell this truck at the price we agreed on. My 21 year old son was listening to every word. We drove for 4 hours to pay and pick up this truck. When we arrived at the dealership, I test drove the truck and said I will take it. Mr. Boggs brought to the table an invoice with a much higher price and said that was the best that they could do. Disregarding the agreement we made all together. Mr. Boggs, you flat out lied to me to get me there so you and your bosses could try to take advantage of someone that drove out of town to purchase from your dealership. I'm sure you have made it happen before, and the buyers give in because of the trouble it takes to purchase a vehicle. THEN YOU MET ME. A man is only as good as his word. This is the reason car dealerships have the reputation of being crooks. Needless to say, I walked out of there and drove home trying to explain to my son why they would do such a thing. I made an appointment online a week ago to have my oil changed. Came in the day of my appointment ten minutes early the gentleman I checked my car in with said the max amount of time it should take is 45 minutes. I sat in the waiting area for 1 hour and no one came out to say anything to me on why it was taking so long. Finally a serviceman came to the lobby to speak with someone else about there vehicle and I asked him if he could check the statious on my car. The serviceman came back out a few minutes later to say my car was done and the paperwork was sitting next to the ladies in the lobby. Finally at 4:35 someone comes out to talk to me about my car and the multi point inspection. I checked out at 4:40. That is beyond ridiculous just to have your oil changed and I made an appointment.

I had looked at a car and left after I was dissatisfied with the monthly payment- deciding to save a 3000,-4000$ down payment- they called me assuring me I did not need to save the $ and to come back because they would get me the car I wanted for the payment I wanted. When it came down to it they wanted the down payment.
