WE JUST BOUGHT A NEW 2014 RAM 1500 4X4. WE HAD A GREAT SALES PERSON THAT GOT US A GREAT DEAL AND WAS VERY INFORMED ABOUT THE TRUCK. THEY HAD TO GET THE TRUCK FROM ANOTHER DEALERS LOT FOR US. WE CLOSED THE DEAL ON TUESDAY AND ROBERT EVEN DELIVERED THE TRUCK TO ME WEDNESDAY EVENING SINCE I LIVE 50 MILES AWAY. HE GAVE US A TRUCK TO DRIVE HOME AFTER THE DEAL WAS DONE SO THEY COULD KEEP MY OLD TRADE. IF YOU THINKING OF A NEW OR USED VEHICLE GIVE THE DEALER AND ROBERT A CALL. CARL HARDINSBURG, KY

I purchased a jeep in July, just found out it is still titled in the dealerships name! I have made 3 payments already!!!! I spoke with the dealership by phone twice and called this morning to follow up. They told me they will send paperwork to the clerk's office today. This is ridiculous.

We bought 2 vehicles in the last couple of months and went thru Norman Lang both times. He is by far the nicest, friendliest and all around best sales man ever. He will make you feel like family and will treat you with the utmost respect. I know all sales men say they will get u the best deal, but with Norman you can actually believe it. We told him what we wanted and he worked with us to get it exactly like we wanted. Highly recommend Norman if ur looking for honest, christain person to deal with.

I was afraid of going to a car dealership to try to buy a vehicle because of bad experiences with other car dealerships in the past. For someone with little or no credit, most dealerships and sales people don't give you the time of day, and if they do, then you end up with a really bad deal to say the least. Well, that is not the case with Norman Lang. I was blown away by his drive and skill in getting me the vehicle that I wanted, within the price budget that I was hoping for. He is super personable and makes the customer feel as if they are the most important reason that he is there selling cars. You get a sense that his genuine purpose is to do right by the customer, and make dreams come true by getting them the vehicle that they really want. All through the buying process, he was friendly and professional. During my test drive, I had my 5 year old daughter in the back seat riding with us, and we had to pull over to make an emergency bathroom break for her and Norman ran inside the gas station to get the bathroom key so I could stay with my daughter. It's just a lot of little things that he does that shows he is attuned to the needs of others, and that he is really a special person. I am recommending him to everyone I know who might be wanting to get a new or used car. I know another reviewer has already said this about Norman, but it is worth repeating because it is so true... He really does restore your faith in "car sales men", and in the car buying process. It doesn't have to be an intimidating experience. Norman proved that it can actually be quite enjoyable. I know women, especially, worry that they will be taken advantage of when trying to buy a car. I urge those women to go talk to Norman. He will work to put their mind at ease, and I feel confident that he will always work to get the best deal for everyone that comes to him. And he will put the time in that it takes to get a deal for those people (like I was) that can't get a deal (or at least a decent deal) from other dealerships. If you can believe it in today's world, Norman's motivation is treating people right - not the all-mighty dollar. Go to him if you need to buy a car. You won't be able to find anyone who will treat you better, or find you the best deal. I believe that with all my heart. The Steve Jones Chrysler Jeep dealership in Owensboro, KY. is a great dealership in general, too. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, and you can see that they all work together to serve the customer on every level of the transaction. It is a comfortable atmosphere to bring your kids to when looking to buy a car. I recommend the dealership, as well as recommending Norman Lang as a sales man.

I have never received worst service from a dealership. From the time we bought our van (less than 2 years ago) we have had one problem after the other. I have brought it in 4 times with complaints about the A/C, all of which they blew me off and said that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Less than a month after my most recent visit about the A/C, we had a stay in the hospital 2 hours away with our toddler daughter. When we got in the van to drive home, the A/C was completely out and it was 90 degrees outside! We had to drive our very sick child 2 hours in a very hot car to get her home. We returned with the van to the dealership and they found the compressor was bad. I have a feeling that the reason they did not find this issue the previous 4 times I complained about the A/C was because of the fact that it was difficult to get to. 3 days later, I arrived to pick my van back up, only to find the dashboard had multiple (very noticeable) large paint chips in the front of the dash. I had to go back into the dealership get the technician and show him. There was no apology at all! He jotted a few notes and said he would call me when the parts were in to replace it. In between times of checking the A/C, I had my rear brakes replaced. I asked them to check the front brakes and replace those as well, if necessary. I was told they were fine. Upon driving away from the dealership, the brakes barely worked. I had to return and have them correct the issue. (Again, no apology!) Later that day I noticed that the brakes were worse than before I replaced them. I called and they said I would have to come back and have the front brakes replaced! A simple brake replacement took 3 trips and left me in a dangerous situation. The service department does not seem like they care at all about customer service! I will NEVER recommend this dealership or their service department to anyone! If I ever need warranty work performed again, I will drive over 30 miles away to the next closest Chrysler Dealership.
