My very first service experience w/the Infinity Service Department on Morse Rd. was outstanding!!! I contacted the service dept late on a Friday afternoon only to find out the necessary part wasn't in stock. Not only did they call me back Sat. Am ( they had the part rushed in " custom painted" and ready to install by closing at 2:00 pm THAT VERY SAME DAY! Adam Mahr- is quite an asset to your dealership!!! Extremely responsive to my needs... Happy customer here!!! Couldn't be more pleased with how my service need was handled!!!

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with the service center. My car has been in several times and they cannot figure out what is wrong with it or how to fix it. I'm basically made to feel like I am the problem not the car. This car has been in twice for the air to be fixed. The battery has died and the car has needed to be jumped at least five times for an unexplained reason. Now last week the car was shaking so bad while in drive I could not drive it. This has all happened since about March . This car it not that old and should be more reliable. Also, service has been terrible with follow up. I am having to call for updates rather then the other way around. Ready switch service centers or trade cars completely.

Purchased a 2012 G37X Coupe last weekend. I drove up to Columbus from Cincinnati knowing what I wanted and Drew Stevens and team made it happen quick. Drew's follow up on requests has been swift and courteous. I could have gone to a much closer dealer, but Germain had a car very attractively priced and their service made it worth the trip.

While the car buying experience, quality of vehicles and delivery was amazing, I was most impressed with the staff. They seemed like a true family that worked together seamlessly. They followed through on promises and made the whole process extremely easy. Yalonda and Pam were the most wonderful people. An added bonus is they let me bring my dog in to hang out. The entire staff was warm and genuine. I have purchased many vehicles, at many dealerships, and I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else again. They've sold me on all aspects of their business. I plan to write a letter to commend their leadership team for developing such a customer oriented business.
