Our experience at Infiniti Of Easton was very pleasant. Thanks to Megan's easy style and friendly demeanor, the anxiety and adversarial environment so typical of buying a car, just were NOT there. Instead, we felt like we were visiting friends and gabbing about choices. Megan was very patient answering questions and showing us various models until we found the car we liked, Mark then gave us a fair offer, no haggling needed, and Pam took care of details; all very easy and efficient.

I worked with Drew in purchasing an FX35. He met or exceeded all expectations, inasmuch as he was professional, knowledgeable, unpretentious, and very helpful in the purchasing process. He is far removed from your stereotypical car salesperson, which is a benefit to the purchaser, and a big compliment to Drew. My only complaint is that I was not able to work with him exclusively, as his sales manager, Eric, is your typical haughty, smug sales guy; everything, as it were, that Drew is not. Simply stated, Drew has my most enthusiastic professional endorsement.
