From the moment we made contact with this dealership we were impressed. Salesman Charlie Watson is a great guy! He made us feel like old friends he was happy to see! No high pressure tactics at this dealership! We have bought a lot of cars and have never had an experience this good. They have certainly gained my respect and future business!! I should also mention the finance department. Friendly and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly the paperwork was handled. Kudos to the whole team at Lebanon Ford!!

Well, I've lost track of how many vehicles my Wife and I have bought from Lebanon Ford, LOL But every time Charlie Watson and the Lebanon Ford team go WAY out of their way to take the best possible care of us! The customer service is far and above what you will get at any other dealership. Charlie and the team treat you with respect, courtesy and above all an honest no pressure approach!

This was my first time going on my own and buying a car, and I couldn't of asked for better service. Charlie was by far the nicest, and most caring salesman I could of asked for. I felt confident with what I was getting and he was so helpful with the whole process of getting me what I needed. I would recommend lebanon ford to anyone.

Brant was very helpful and friendly. I live about an hour from the dealership and he helped me get all the paperwork done over the phone. When we went to pick up the car it was a really good experience. Not only was he helpful and kind but so was everyone there. They kept checking on us and we're just all around nice friendly people. Not one person walked by us with out greeting us and asked if we needed anything. I feelnlike Brant went above and beyond to make this a good experience. He even emails and called to make sure everything is going good with my new car. Most sales men stop once the sale is done but not Brant. I will do business with him again in the future. If your looking for a sales person who will put you first and do everything they can for you then go see Brant.
