Bryan Pence (Auto Sales Specialist) and Jenny Southard (Finance Officer) are wonderful to work with! I will return for all future auto purchases. Bryan was very patient, easy going, honest, intuitive and knowledgable. He stayed well after closing time and when I FINALLY made my decision the wrap up process was quick and painless and I was driving away in my dream car before I knew it. Jenny was by far the most pleasant financial representative I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Her pleasant personality and honesty made the most depressing part of car buying a breeze and she didn't try to sell us extra products that didn't make sense for our situation (gap insurance). My husband and I really appreciate Bryan and Jenny for making our experience so easy and enjoyable.

The dealer was not pushy or rude, and worked hard to get us a deal we could be satisfied with. I didn't go in expecting to ride out in a brand new SUV. The experiences I've had with their service department on a different car has been phenomenal, as well.

Charlie (Watson) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout our buying process. As we transitioned from "shoppers" to "serious buyers", he made himself available to answer questions via phone, email and text. He was extremely knowledgeable in answering any questions we had while never making us feel pressured. The process of going through the numbers was necessarily thorough yet straight-forward. Charlie and John worked hard to get us the best deal possible including applicable rebates/incentives. We've cemented a new relationship with Lebanon Ford and Charlie Watson - highly recommend!
