Kathy Wells was our sales rep at Lebanon Ford. She especially, and Lebanon Ford in general, exemplifies what customer service is all about. This was by far the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Kathy really listened to what we wanted and helped guide us into a vehicle that suits our needs exactly, without us feeling pressured in the process. She responded almost immediately to our calls and e-mails, even when the dealership was closed. When it came time to do the paperwork, Jenny was very good at explaining the various options available and was patient with our numerous questions. I would highly recommend Lebanon Ford and especially Kathy Wells when it comes to your next car buying experience.

I had been looking for a low miles 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X for a few months with no luck until I saw one online at Lebanon Ford in Ohio. Living in Charlotte, North Carolina, it was a very overwhelming idea at first to fly to Ohio and buy a car. After speaking with Kathy Wells and the easiest negotiations I could remember ever having, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Kathy held the car for 2 weeks due to my having family engagements I could not miss. No pressure and no problem. I was picked up at the airport in Dayton by Kathy and brought to the dealership. I was literally in and out in an hour and from the general manager right down to the retailer, everyone was pleasant and professional. The car was like new and Kathy Wells was easily the best Salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. I liked the fact that negotiations were fast and easy. It was worth the trip and effort to buy from Lebanon Ford. Again,special thanks to Kathy Wells. I would definitely look to buy from them again!!
