I bought a new Altima and put a tear in my seat. I called my salesman, Jeremy Fenton, and he scheduled a time for me to bring my vehicle in to be repaired. He arranged a loaner vehicle and worked with the interior guy to make sure the seat was fixed and good as new! It was a stress free experience. They repaired it and it was ready for me that afternoon. I also get my car washed there, and every time I come in the staff is friendly and always ready to take care of it. This dealership always has provided EXCEPTIONAL service!!!

I must admit, I dont really do this but in this case I had to. I have been to alot of dealerships and I am always turned down after seeing and driving something I want. I heard about this place on the radio and decided to go, I met with Jeremy Fenton who is awsome in every way!! he was very patient and honest and he was not pushy like other dealers I have met. He worked like crazy with the finance team and got me into 2012 altima!!! I LOVE THIS CAR!! and I cant believe its mine and its been 9 days! Jeremy is always there when I have questions or concerns and he is so down to earth. If you have to go anywhere go to Airport Nissan...It will save you money,and more....

I had leased a Nissan from another dealership and made the mistake of returning the leased car to this dealership (per my original sales person's recommendation that it wouldn't matter where you return the car as long as it's a Nissan dealership). Staff was unfriendly, they first said the computer system was down and they couldn't help, finally somebody came out with paperwork I could sign and return the car. A few days later, A week later I got a call from Nissan corp asking what my plans were for the car (?) I informed them that I had returned the vehicle and they were surprised. Long story short, dealership kept the car for 21 days, during this time either staff had a lot of fun with it or car was vandalized. I got a bill for over $1300 indicating that when they took the car to auction, the car had a scratch to the panel, chunk was missing from a tire, and had a broken windshield (?) I have tried to resolve the issue by writing a letter to the GM, he never responded. Filled a complaint with BBB and that has been ignored too. I have complained to Nissan Corp and since the dealerships are franchise, they can't help...the legal counsel rep from Nissan called the dealership and GM indicated he would reposnd to the BBB complaint...it has been 3 weeks and no response. Trade rep from BBB has called and left messages and no answer! Very unethical behavior...btw the car was awful when it rained or snowed. I had a Nissan Altima. Bad experience all around.

Dealt with Matt Paradis, my husband recommended this dealership and I agree. Matt was very easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care. I would buy from Matt again. It took a long time to get through the paperwork, but I was a special case, I don't know if it always takes that long but once again, it seemed as though the financial guys were trying to get me the best deal possible.

I've never written a review for anything other than restaurants, but felt compelled to do so after buying a Nissan Sentra from Airport Nissan. My daughter just started a new job at the Ohio State Med Center and was walking to the hospital from her student housing. Some parts of the walk can be a bit sketchy and the Mrs. became very concerned about her safety. Buying a car was an easy decision, but which one became the challenge. Typically, we buy Hondas. But my experience at Sunnyside Honda has been poor to say the least, so we gave Airport Nissan a try. Matt Paradis greeted me when we walked in the door and patiently listened to what we needed. The exact model and color were at an off-site storage lot, so while we were waiting, he let us test drive a car off the showroom floor. By the time we got back from our drive, the two colors we were interested were in the lot and we sat down to make the deal. He did the usual 'Fargo' check with his sales manager and came back with a price that seemed a bit higher than my Internet research indicated. We came to a middle ground and shook on the deal. While waiting for the finance guy to write up the paperwork, Mr. Bernie Moreno, the owner of the dealership and Collection Auto Group, came by to say hello (mind you, this was a Saturday morning). Bernie seems like a great guy and you can see why his people want to work for him. The most dreaded part of the sales process for me is the finance guy...trying to push you into extended warranties, road service and rust proofing. However, Butch did a great job. He knew I wanted to get on my way, but I got intrigued with his story...former police officer, left the force so his young son would always have a daddy to come home to, worked for a competitor for a couple of years, where the owner treats his employees like they are used car buyers, and found a guy in Mr. Moreno he could trust. More importantly, he didn't try to push any other deal on me. The price I was told by Matt Paradise was the price on the contract. Within 15 minutes I was out of his office and my daughter was driving home in her new car. Not sure I've ever seen her happier! I would highly recommend Airport Nissan to anyone needing a new car.
