I LOVE the car and just might be a Honda customer from now on. Only thing is when we went to get the car we had an appointment, and waited a little while past that time. But overall great experience!

We just finished leasing our second vehicle through Jay Honda and were extremely pleased. The team of Tony Spitaleri and Rob Logan were a real pleasure to work with and going through the paperwork with Mike Schaeffer was very easy. The reason we came to Jay in the first place was because of our serviceman, Jim Lacombe. We've used Jim for probably close to 12 years and because of him had leased and/or purchased at least 5 vehicles through his previous employer. He's an honest and excellent serviceman. Tony and Rob are both very knowledgeable and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted for a very good price. Needless to say, we will definitely be going through Jay Honda for all of our auto needs in the future.

I walked in on a Sunday, wanting to inquire about a 2015 CR-V lease. The General Manager walked out and welcomed me in, and paired me up with Jeff Wells, the head of Customer Service there. He was very kind and thorough when answering my questions, and he was very matter-of-fact with full disclosure. I really appreciated that, as I was alone as a young woman buying my first car. He made a point to get to know me a bit, and he let me test drive the car myself and explore the options in the car. After I left the dealership, I emailed him again a couple of days later, and then when I was ready to start the process, he offered me several appointment times to come in, and he shared in my excitement and was very genuine. The finance manager was very kind and was great about putting things in simple terms for me to understand. Then when I got a call from Jeff a few days after having the car, he made me really feel like a valued customer of his, and I could not have asked for a better person to help me through the process of leasing my first car. I would recommend ANYONE to go to Jeff, or anyone at Jay Honda for that matter!

Excellent service, and no nonsense approach. I told them what I could afford and they worked with me to get the best price, unlike another Honda dealership (MENTOR) that I went to first. :) I've always loved Honda's, and with one quick misstep into a Ford, they have me back for life! I worked with Sarah, Mark, and Rob! Great team! It took less than two total hours to have my car. Couldn't be happier! Sarah was a very pleasant salesperson, Mark, the manager was more than accommodating, and Rob was a big help with the Costco discount program! I will definitely return! And ps, the finance guy, Michael, is hilarious.
