The dealership was low pressure, and comfortable. By the end, I felt that I was dealing with friends as apposed to car salesmen. I really like the Mazda 3 I purchased. I really like the dealership. They have earned my future business.

Bought a new Mazda 3 this week. I had been looking at Certified Used, but they helped me get a new one for a great price. Shannon was great working on the phone, and Kevin walked through everything with me. I feel I got a great vehicle at a price that I could afford - and we pulled this off within just a couple days. This is my first car, and all that help made a good impression on me.

I had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Bedford when I recently purchased my first Mazda (mazda 3). My salesman (Teddy) was fantastic - very knowledgeable and seemingly objective when presenting advantages/weaknesses. He was friendly and forthright without being the least bit overbearing or pushy. The other staff at Mazda of Bedford were equally amiable and a pleasure to work with. We got a fair deal on the car (toyota) we traded in, and I was also able to snag a recent-graduate incentive. I have no qualms about this dealership or my car (love it already!) and would highly recommend it to prospective buyers.

Who Helped Me:Someone in service helped put a hold on my first car delivery early Friday morning. He was polite and helpful.
Leased a Mazda 3 today. Knew my price point, but not exact car I wanted. Went in 2 days ago. Thought I had settled on a vehicle, but I changed my mind overnight before taking delivery. Everyone was nothing but polite and respectful about my change of heart. Cannot say enough good things about Sean in sales, Scott in management and Ray in financing. They helped me get into a car that was a better fit for me without pressure or reminders that my flip-flop had caused them extra work. I am VERY satisfied with the sales experience.
