My husband Aaron and I bought our first car ever this past weekend and I did the initial research and contact myself. From the day I sent the email request for additional information on a particular vehicle I had been treated with nothing but curteousy, honesty and awesomeness. My initial contact was with Glenn, with never having been through this process before, I didn't really know what to expect. But, Glenn was very helpful and worked with our schedule so that we could come in and get a value for our trade in and have the car for an overnight test drive. There is a certain stereotype I had in my head of what dealing with "car salesman" was going to be like. I was worried that I was going to be pushed into buying something that I didn't feel comfortable in buying and that our situation would not be taken into consideration. But I was way off with that one, my experience (handling the initial process on my own) was great. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, uneasy or put out by anyone at the dealership. I never got the feeling that anyone was just "trying to make a sale." Not only did my husband and I work with Glenn but we also got to work with Jason and Terry in the financing department. I cannot say enough about what these two did to get the right financing for us. I mean really I did not expect the car buying experience to go so smoothly or so quickly. We came in last Saturday to get the car and sign the paperwork and it was busy (yay!!!!) so we had to wait to meet with either Jason or Terry. While waiting we had a chance to, again, talk with Glenn and even got to talk with Franco. Once Terry was ready for us she took us up and we were on our way to owning our vehicle. The entire time my husband and i were there it felt like we had know the people there forever and we were just checking in as old friends. We cannot say enough about the whole process. We were not expecting it to go anywhere as smooth as it did and I guess thats what you get when you have people that enjoy their job, eachother and helping others. We will definatley be sending anyone we can to Don Sitts and will for sure buy there in our future. Thank you again Glenn, Jason and Terry.

Went to the Don Sitts auto group because I had seen a corvette for sale on the internet that i was interested in. When I arrived there and started to look for the car Franco approached and asked if he could help. When I told him about the corvette he informed me that it was sold, but they had many others to choose from. I told him I was looking for an automatic and he said that he had the perfect car for us. At that time a beautiful blue 2004 corvette was being pulled out of the detail shop and he said "here it is". Wow, what a beautiful vette it was. Before I could say anything Franco told me to look it over and that he would get a plate so me and my wife could take a test drive. No pressure, no worries. After the test drive Franco asked how we liked the vette, adn proceded to help us put the targa roof on so that I could see if the headroom was sufficient. After the headroom check Franco asked if we had any questions, and we said that we spied a cinergy green camero on the lot and might be interested in a test drive. Franco said that he would put plates on it and bring it right up, while we continue looking over the vette. Well after much debate between me and my wife we decided on the camaro, wow, it was a great car and my favorite color! We traded in or 2007 Mustang GT, and they were very fair with the price, exactly what I wanted for it. Everyone at Don Sitts was friendly and easy going, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, no salesmen looking over your shoulder and no hassles. All in all a great experience. We would definetly purchase from Don Sitts auto group again!

Don Sitts Auto Sales in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is the greatest car dealer that I have dealt with in 35 years of buying cars!! I moved to Cranberry Twp, PA, 7 years ago. The Starlite Car Cruise at Northway Christian Center in Wexford, PA was the first cruise that I attended after moving to the area. I met a gentleman with a red on red leather '91 Corvette coupe, and I told him that his car was immaculate. I guessed that he had less than 30,000 miles on that car. He said that he had just bought the car one week before, and he had purchased it at Don Sitts Auto Sales. I called my towtruck driver, Mark Sapienza, to tow my 2000 Honda Accord to Kenny Ross Chevrolet in North Huntingdon, PA. Mark knew that I was looking to trade my blue '91 Corvette coupe to Kenny Ross for a 2007 C6 coupe. Mark asked me if I had looked at Don Sitts' website. On Monday, July 1, 2013, I was checking out Corvettes on CarGurus.com, and up pops a '91 Corvette ZR-1, red on black, for $19,995 at Don Sitts Auto Sales. I called immediately, even though it was 8:15AM. Stefanie answered my call and said that she had a salesman who always arrives early, and she would have him give me a call. At 8:20AM, Franco Casalinova calls me to help me. He has someone check to see if the '91 ZR-1 and the '93 40th Anniverary coupe are on the lot and available for sale. At 8:30AM, Franco says that both cars are available. I tell him that I am driving over, 105 miles and about a 2 hour trip. My credit history is not exemplary, so I knew that if I was to finance the '91 ZR-1, it would take some time. When negotiations were stalling, I told Jason Cook that I owned a 2000 Honda Accord EX coupe outright, and that I would throw it in. The Honda was to be my winter car for the next few winters, but to get my dream car, a C4 ZR-1, I did not think twice. I signed my paperwork at 7PM on Monday, July 1, but the car had some electrical issues when I tried to play a CD. I had not brought my CD's on the test drive. I took the ZR-1 right back to the shop at Don Sitts, and Rob Sitts immediately arranged for me to take home a Ford 500 loaner free of charge. Also, they arranged for Blaine to pick up my Honda at my home on Wednesday, July 3, after Blaine was finished at the Manheim Auto Auction in Cranberry Twp, PA. Yesterday, Friday, July 5, Franco said that all was right with our transaction and for me to drive out to pick up my ZR-1. Every person at Don Sitts Auto Sales is friendly, and everyone has the "Can Do" attitude. Even when problems arose with our transaction, no one was negative about the situation. All of them did whatever was necessary to make me happy, and to sell me the car that I really wanted. Believe it or not, my '91 ZR-1 was my FIRST choice, even over the 2007 C6 coupe for which I was approved at Kenny Ross Chevrolet. Don Sitts, Rob Sitts, Jason Cook, Blaine, Ted, and I cannot remember the name of my detailer (sorry,) prove every day that you do not have to take advantage of people to be successful in the Auto Sales business. Don Sitts has made it his business model to put his customers' needs before immediate profits. He personally paid 75% of the covered repairs needed by his customers when the companies warranting repairs went out of business. He asked his customers to pay 25% of the costs. That is standing behind your customers in a way that was not legally necessary, but it was necessary to Don's sense of responsibility when he sold these warranties to his customers. I consider myself a Don Sitts customer through word of mouth. While I was waiting for all of the details of my transaction to be worked out, I was looking over the inventory on the lot. I found a couple trucks that I would like to have within the next year. I plan to come back to Don Sitts Auto Sales for the rest of my life, because I know that I will be treated the way that I want to be treated; with respect and courtesy. Thank you Franco, Jason, Ted, Blaine, my detailer, Rob, and especially Don.

This dealership ran like a fine watch.. I was in and out... the didnt have what i wanted, and 3 days later they called and said your car is in.. Come see if you like it... And it was perfect.. they even put new tires in it and gave me heck of a aftermarket warrenty.. and even after the warrenty company went belly up, Don Sitts took care of every issue i had with the car that would have been covered under the warrenty.. Even though it was years ago and i since got a newer car.. i wouldnt think twice about going back.. i give them an A+++++
