Found Falls Motor City on autotrader, attracted by price, found Chrysler 200 I wanted and chatted with Kevin Davis, as my question got more detailed he asked me to call him. I talked with Kevin for only a few minutes but learned he was stand up straight forward salesman I was looking for. Over the course of that evening he answered my questions, help me get trade and finance taken care of. My wife and I drove the hour from our home to dealership and were greeg ed by Kevin who came in on his day off and a day before his Christmas vacation to New York to attend a Rangers game, he was helpful and truthful in helping me get what I needed for my trade and to drive home with happy wife, happy life in our new car. Overall everyone at Falls Motor City was helpful and easy to work with without traditional car buying craps that I have no patience for. I recommend Falls Motor City and especially Kevin Davis for anyone looking for a new car, a good price and little hassel. Thanks Kevin

The salesperson I worked with Kevin Davis and he was excellent. This was the first car I bought from a dealership and he made it so easy. I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all. And I felt like I came out with a good deal without haggling for 5 days

My family has purchased a few cars from Falls CJDR, so when it was time for me to purchase/lease my first by myself I wanted to go to Falls. I like that they are not pushy or pressuring you to buy most of all. They were very friendly and patient with me, answering all of my questions and concerns. I reached out via email on a Friday about a car in inventory and had a response within an hour. On Saturday I went in for a test drive, and they were very friendly and helped me right away. Listening to budget concerns they showed me another option that was better suited than the car that I actually test drove. However, I wasn't quite ready to make a decision that night, Since the salesman we were working with that night wasn't going to be there on Sunday, he introduced us to one that would so that we could come in and get in contact with someone who knew the situation already. He didn't pressure us to buy or seem upset that evening when we left without buying which was a nice gesture. We came in on Sunday to lease the car and the process was smooth and quick. They explained every step of the way what I was filling out and what was going on in the process (credit check etc.) They even discovered a 'perk' that I received through my workplace that I didn't know about. They were honest every step of the way about cost and laying out the T&Cs of the lease. When it came down to meeting with the finance department, this process was also smooth. They explained what all the add-on's were and didn't push me into feeling like I HAD to include any of them if I didn't want to, but they mad sure that I was well informed none the less. They were also very flexible with my ability to drive home (I live in Columbus now) with the car that day instead of having to come back during the week when I could provide my trade in. Overall this experience, as a first time buyer, was FANTASTIC with Falls. They were on top of everything, patient, friendly and not pushy. I will continue to buy from them in the future, simply because the experience was so comfortable for me. I don't know why I even looked anywhere else :)

I test drove a Jeep Patriot with Kevin Davis and it was a good experience. After returning to the dealership we got to a final price that was fair but not on my budget target, so I decided not to buy, at least during that visit. Kevin is successful because he is fair and does not pressure you. We found that we were both hockey fans, which made the experience even more pleasurable. Mike Pedone did what he could to help, too and was reasonable in his dealing. This was my first attempt to see what my car would be worth in trade, and it just didn't work out this time. Both of my daughters' cars were purchased at Falls City, and I now see why.
