I recently purchased my first Mercedes Benz last Friday from Ganley Mercedes of Akron. I live in Columbus Ohio but found the exact c300 I was looking for at Ganley. So I decided to drive up after work to take a look at it. It was about a 2 hour drive. The experience and treatment I received from the staff was 2nd to none! Marco my sales guy was great. He wasn't high pressure like most used car sales guys. Just calm and cool and he knew the details about the car. We were really close to closing the deal when he offered me to walk over and talk to John the used car manager. Usually the used car manager hides somewhere in the dealership not wanting to deal with customers. I told John and Marco I had another Mercedes c300 I'm Columbus I was interested in that was a little cheaper. John explained in detail why it was so important to buy a certified Mercedes vs. a non certified from a non Mercedes dealership. I felt very confident I was making the correct decision after talking to John and Marco. Ryan in the finance dept was great also. He explained the bebifits of adding a 2 year extension on to the 1 year and 4 months the car had on the factory warranty. John was able to get me a great interest rate and work some magic to help add the 2 year extension into my budget. From top to bottom I was treated with class and respect. I would 100% recommend this dealership. Only complaint is...... I wish it was a little closer to Columbus because I will most likely be purchasing my next vehicle from there as well.

I, like most people, have a negative image of the car buying experience. My search for a new car began at Toyota Direct. Needless to say, they did not fail to keep up with that image. Luckily, I have a wonderful friend who recommended Ganley, even though it is 2 hours away from my home town. This is how the car buying experience should go!!! They were extremely friendly, there were no sudden hidden costs and the finance was surprisingly a really fun experience. Thanks for restoring my faith in the car buying experience!!!

My husband test drove a Tundra which he liked but was a bit out of our price range. Blake kept in contact with us via text trying to do what he could to meet our budget. We then found a used, low mileage, Chevy Silverado that happened to be in Ganley's inventory. Text Blake and he and Michelle had the truck ready to go for us to test drive. We both fell in love with the truck. The negotiation process was smooth and we left satisfied that we got a reliable truck for a good price. Both Michelle and Blake were a pleasure to work with and they make a great team. Thank you from the Stowes!

I have now bought 2 used cars at Ganley and based on my experiences I would not buy a used car anywhere else. Both times it could not have been a more enjoyable experience. The first time our salesperson was Patrick O'Connor (who is now the customer service manager) and this time it was Michael Miller. They were both extremely helpful and went way out of their way to do everything that they could to get us the right car at a great price!

Who Helped Me:Directly and indirectly dealt with service, management, & finance but off the top of my head cannot remember their names.
Every person I met or dealt with at the dealership was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Needed a reasonably priced car in a hurry and Ganley delivered just what I wanted in record time. Before leaving, I was given a rundown on features and operation of various components.
