In short Ganley's team is the best. The salesperson- Jason Bernstein-was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs without being pushy. Allie Pritt is an excellent business manager. She was kind, understanding and thoughtful during the leasing process- a rare quality in the world of car sales. The entire leasing experience was the best! I have recommended a number of people to Ganley Toyota and will continue to do so.

I contacted the dealership via website for a quote. I got contacted from 2 dealers. When I mentioned Ganley about the other dealers offer, they e-mailed me that they will match the price. I stopped by and talked to them, had few questions on finance. As the finance director wasn't available, he gave me a call and gave me the final price with financing. We agreed on the price. I started heading to the dealer and got a call from salesman that I can't get the Toyota rebate, which means the price will be more or have to pay in cash. I had to scramble to find financing. The day I went to sign the papers, the amount doesn't match to the agreed again as per initial conversation. It is $100 more and when asked, the manager did not want to sell the car to me and was willing to give my deposit. As the other dealer doesn't have the car anymore, I had to buy by paying more than what I would have if I went with other dealer. Blake Johnson was the only person who was nice. This is my 3rd Toyota vehicle and I had great service from my other dealer. Ganley will not be in my top 10 Toyota dealers in Northeast Ohio.

Mr. K., We are disappointed by your review of our dealership. From the very beginning we explained that you had the option to choose either the rebate or the special financing rate. This is documented in Toyota’s television and print ads and on their website. This is also in all our print ads and on our website. You kept trying to negotiate for both. We explained that since this choice comes from Toyota it is not something our dealership can negotiate. We honored the price you offered to pay. After you signed a contract you continued to try to renegotiate every aspect of the transaction. Our documents showed that you paid exactly the price you agreed upon. On several occasions we offered to reimburse your deposit and allow you out of the contract. You freely chose to purchase the vehicle from our dealership. We are at a loss as to what more we could have done for you.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and communicated to by Jared Garner through the process of getting a new Toyota Tundra from Ganley Toyota. He was pleasant, not pressuring, and gave me all the information I needed to come to a decision. He also was very thorough in showing me and explaining all of the features on my new vehicle. The follow up conversation with the Customer Service Representative Patrick O'Connor was also very helpful. I ended up with a better deal than what I had expected and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was very impressed with this dealership. Great price, communication, and vehicle as advertised. They were also able to secure financing with a very good rate. Pick up from Cleveland airport was a big plus!
