I took my Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sherry was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She wrote up my service order and made sure I knew where the waiting room was. Before I knew it, my truck was done. Sherry took the time to go over my multi-point inspection form and walked me over to the cashier office and thanked me for coming in. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The car shopping experience was great Clayton and Frank were outstanding !! However, after waiting 2 hours to meet with Francesca in finance to finish the process I felt she was being deceitful. Once we got to the the paperwork explaining the interest rate she pointed out one % rate that she states I was getting yet at the top of the page in the box the % rate was different and higher then what was discussed. When questioned she replied that the rate was increased due to the "fee's" When explaining I was already approved through another bank for a lower percentage rate she quickly responds with -oh look I just got an instant message from that bank and states the bank we wanted to use in the first place would indeed give us a better rate and no fee's! Thankfully we really paid attention and caught that because it made quite the difference in my monthly payments. Her response was something like- you should give yourself a pat on the back for catching that. I guess I would just think they would have the customers' best interest in mind and if you could get someone a better interest rate, why wouldn't that be the 1st step you make? Obviously I am glad we questioned it and she changed bank which the loan would be through, but it left me feeling uneasy and cautious about the way the situation happened. It definitely made me second guess buying the car from what I felt was dishonest service.

My wife and I decided to drive from Pittsburgh, PA to view a 2012 Chevy Traverse that we saw online. All emails and calls that we placed were returned quickly and with a personal touch. After driving 2 1/2 hours on a Friday evening, Ray and Wally were excellent about making sure that the car we came to see was what we wanted...and stayed an hour and a half after close working with us. We weren't able to close the deal that night, but when I returned the next day everything was in place. From Ray meeting me at the front door, to Wally stopping by to see how my drive in was, to Jason letting me know that he was able to beat the interest rate that my bank had given...all touch points felt very personal. I drove a few hours (and out of state) simply because I liked the internet price on a car, but the folks who I dealt with made me feel good about the overall process...not just the price. There was never pushy sales...instead people that listened to what my wife and I wanted and then treated us fairly to help make that happen. Many thanks to the folks at Progressive Chevrolet (even though they are Browns fans :). It was well worth the trip and I walked away having a great car buying experience.

Repairs were done quickly, when I was available. I have come to rely on Jay, not only for the GM's but all our vehicles. Our family trusts him to take care of us. Sometimes we can't do all repairs needed at one time, so Jay helps prioritize. Thank you again Jay, you're the best!
