I had my truck serviced 2 years ago at McCluskey. I had an accident where my Silverado slide backwards down a ramp. Water came into the interior but the engine compartment stayed dry. I drove it home but was advised to file an insurance claim and have it checked out. What a boondoggle that turned out to be! It took six weeks and over six thousand dollars to get my truck back. When I complained, McCluskey said you only had to pay the deductible, right? – as if that made it OK. The workmanship was shoddy and incomplete; no less than 3 pieces of interior trim have come loose. They didn’t bother to fix the scratches. I wrote them a letter letting them know I would never return and moved on, only telling a few hundred of my closest friends about this service. Well, last month my dashboard lit up like crazy. At 48K miles, I need a new ABS module because mine is corroded. Corrosion in this module is the very thing McCluskey warned me about and that their service would prevent it. Once again, nice job McCluskey!

This was my first Vette purchased from McCluskey Chevrolet, but not my first ever Vette purchased. I have probably bought over 7 Vettes from other dealerships, but I will say this was one of the best experiences. First, Mike Davis makes buying a car easy from the sales management perspective. He doesn't play games. He is upfront and honest and gives you the best price and offer on your trade. Then working with Colin in sales was a super professional experience. That guy should be selling Lamborghini's or Rolls Royces. He is so professional, knowledgable, and polished. In addition, they went over my Stingray several times before I arrived to make sure it was a perfect example and ready to go. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them to other fellow Vette enthusiasts. They know these are special cars and treat them as such.

Usually, people only take the time to post a review if they are unhappy. That is totally understandable and consequently you will normally see more bad reviews than good. I have been dealing with McCluskey Chev for the last 15 years, 4 new vehicles, 3 used. Have there been issues? Of course. But the manner in which an issue is handled is what separates the good Dealerships from the bad. If you are in the market, don't overlook this place!

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case is is more than acceptable. I've owned my truck for a little under 2 years and have taken it to McCluskey for almost all of the repairs. The second day I owned the truck I took it in for a bumper repair, fast forward to present date and they are still attempting to repair it. Their methods are not gm standards. They have attempted to glue plastic panels onto my bumper multiple times and have failed at every attempt. I dropped the truck off for the 6th attempt at the same repair on Tuesday June 21st. I picked it up on Monday June 27th. I pulled into the drive way and the bumper is already coming apart the same exact way it was before. I open my tailgate and it made a popping noise and now the tailgate is bent. I called the service manager Tim Shaw (who is continually dodging my phone calls) and he says that this bumper is a mystery and that they never touched the tailgate. After calling 2 other dealerships and confirming that replacing the bumper pads would be easier with the tailgate removed I took it back to McCluskey for Tim to look at it. He then had the audacity to tell me I must have hit something on the way home. He states that he has 32 cameras that show it left perfectly fine. I will never again take another vehicle to them. I'm even hesitant to take my service vehicle! Now the only option for me to get my vehicle properly repaired is to file a lawsuit. Which I have already begun the process. Absolute worst service center in the entire country.
