I recently traveled to this dealership from NY to pick up a used car. Great place to buy from. Sales people answered all my questions, not pushy in their approach. Honest people to deal with. Delivered exactly what I expected. Very professional operation. Good follow up after the sale. Would definitely buy from them again, worth the trip from New York. Cory Smith Jones and Judy Weese are excellent to deal with.

I've been screwed. Truck vibrating when moving. 8 days and $1400.00 later still vibrating. I had to call them to get updates. The customer services is not good (I'm being nice) Do not take your vehicle here unless you like being taken advantage of.

Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service department. Takes forever to get work done. Doesn't do the work right. Spent thousands to have them leave me with a car in worse shape than when I took it in. Not only did they not properly do the repairs and used bad parts but they actually managed to damage my engine and electronics in the process. When you go back to have it fixed they ignore you, service manager won't call you back, horrible people. They're nothing but thieves. There's a reason people call dealerships stealerships. I had to find out first hand. Don't be a victim like me. Pick a local repair shop run by mechanics, not these guys. This was the most costly mistake I've made in a long time. I had to spend yet more money getting it fixed properly by a small local shop who did it right. Cost me ~$1,500 to fix what they didn't do right and to repair what they broke. Including an airbag sensor which the repair shop told me could have caused it to NOT deploy if I was in an accident. It's nice to know the dealership values my life so little.

Our sales person, Brandon, was outstanding. We surprised our son with a new car and Brandon helped us pull this off perfectly. The whole staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. The facility is new and the garage area was immaculate. I drove past many other dealerships on my way from Fishers and have no regrets. Well worth the 15-20 minute drive.
