For the past 2 months, I have been checking cars out on the Beck Toyota website. The weather was great this past Saturday, so I ventured over to Beck Toyota....nice sunny day to test drive a car I have been watching on their website the last couple of months. As I pulled into their lot, I was greeted by Garry Ring. One of the cars I had my eye on had already been sold; however, the other car I was eyeing was still there. We took a test drive...and I feel in love with a 2012 Scion xb. Garry was great! He answered all of my questions and really made me comfortable. I went back on Monday and bought the car. Garry and Steve Rose (Financial Services Manager) were great! This experience was AWESOME! Thanks a million!!!

My wife and I went to Beck Toyota to test drive a 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited and was greeted on the lot by Tim Steen, a sales associate. Mr. Steen was very friendly and accommodating--no high pressure or fast talking. After driving the automobile, we were pleasantly surprised that Toyota had dramatically improved the suspension and ride of the '16 Avalon. We are pretty informed buyers (already knew the invoice cost to the dealer), but were shocked when we were given a below-invoice price up front without any negotiation or hassle.

Mr. Stephen Langston was an excellent salesman. He answered all questions and was very professional. My problem was with Derek Kemmerlin. I did not like his " Hard Sale" for your extended warranty. After his sales pitch I thought of cancelling the deal. His quote " I have 14 technicians busy repairing electrical problems". I have owned a Toyota the last 12 years and have never had a problem but after talking to him I started questioning Toyota quality. If I were running your dealership I would leave the sales pitches to the salesman out front, they have more tact.
