If you are looking for a secondhand car, stay away from this dealer, because customer service is only until you give them money! If you insist on buying from this dealer, you should absolutely go with an expert on cars, because the sellers won't tell you what problems the car has beforehand. 2 days ago, I bought a second hand 2015 model car with $ 20k cash. For two days I had tried very hard to negotiate for the price to go down, because it was strange to me that they were the only dealer that would not even hear me out. In the end, they did not bring the price down even one cent, claiming that the car was already discounted, in perfect condition, had gone through all the inspections, and this was already a great deal! However, 1 day after owning the car, I noticed that the two back tires were deformed and not strait, resulting in an airplane like sound when driving on the freeway. In addition, one of the lighters did not work, the roof lamp does not work, an AC button is missing, and the front lights are dying. Right away, I called the sales manager and explained to him the main problem: the tires. They had to be changed. The manager absolutely refused to give us any money for the tires. He said that if we were unhappy with our purchase, to go back and give them the car right away. Verbatim. In this case, we decided to do exactly this first thing in the morning, because this car is unrivaled without new tires. In the morning, we drove 70 miles with two cars to give back the car. First, we spoke to the salesman that sold us the car, and we showed him all the problems the car has. He told us that there is nothing that they will or can do, that this is a car at a great price, and it is second hand. Again, this salesman never told us about any existing problems when we were discussing the car before purchase, and left us under the impression that the car was in a drivable condition. He absolutely refused to take care of the tires.

Up until a week ago, I would have given Arnell 5 stars hands down. I took my car to Arnell because of the check engine light being on. They diagnosed the problem and we told them to fix it. $750 later we get our vehicle back and it seems like it runs great. 5 days later, check engine light comes back on and the same issues we were having prior to the "fix" have returned. When I contacted Arnell I was told that for $65 I could have them put it on the computer to diagnose the problem. We chose to go to another repair venue and now $2000 later, the real problem has been repaired. Arnells service technicians chose to pick one of the codes that popped up and repair it, without investigating further, which caused a lot more damage. Will never give them my business again!

I will NEVER come here again.first tried to drop off my car and was told there was not an opening till a full week.ok fine.no problem because I wanted the $100 off if I got my problem fixed at arnell where I bought my car.came in at my appointment time at 9am the next monday and was helped in a very fast,courteous and professional manner by a nice young lady working the service drive up line.she walked me over to the service desk and whispered I needed help to the guy(ted jr) while he was on the phone.i stood patiently until he was finished with his conversation.bout time he finished, an ederly couple had came in BEHIND me by at least 2 minutes.it was obvious he knew them because once he hung up the phone, he completely ignored my presence and began to talk to them about personal things and helping them before me.the young lady saw his mistake and told him that I was actually next, not them.he then told the girl to bring their car around and started to help me but still continued to talk to them instead of me.communication after I left my car was horrible.mechanic called and said what was wrong and what my warranty covered.i said ok, fix it.was told the parts will arrive tuesday and will be done tuesday evening, wednesday morning at the very latest.i ended up having to call wednesday afternoon to find out whats going on.i had to call again thursday evening and was told the guy working on my car had off days and couldnt finish.finally called friday morning and said dont touch it, im coming to pick it up.took me to do that to finally get a completion promise of friday evening.when I picked it up saturday morning and paid, another displeasant surprise occured.i was told that since they didnt fix the original problem I initially called in about when I made the appointment and not what was diagnosed from the check egine light, I was not elgible for the $100 discount.why does that matter whats getting fixed?I still spent $462.long story short...I bought a car from arnell for $9000 including a warranty that I was told was the best and covered everything.its only been 11 mos and I spent $1500 and the warranty covered none of it.will never buy another car from arnell or use their service department ever again!!!
