This was my best experience buying and helping others buy a vehicle from a dealership. The staff that I dealt were helpful, kind and treated me with dignity. Marc Lovejoy and Willie Haddad and the man who completed the paper work were a pleasure to interact with. It was an unusual experience compared to prior dealerships. There is more than a concern for money here. And their care reflects a genuine serving attitude. Thank you!

I would stay away from the Used Car department at this dealership, and more specifically Willie Haddad, the Pre-Owned Sales manager. I found a Toyota 4Runner for sale on 11/29 I sent them an immediate deposit via credit card, sent them a signed buyers order, proof of insurance and my drivers license. At the same time i sent them a wire for the remaining balance. On Monday afternoon 12/1 at 4:30pm I get a call from the sales person asking me for proof of the wire. I call Vanguard(the mutual fund) to confirm the time they sent the wire and what time it arrived. I gave them all that information. I then spoke to the used dept sales manager. He informed that he didn't receive the money and sold the truck to someone else. I found out the next day that my money arrived on 12/1 at 1pm Indiana time. The manager sold the truck to someone else and didn't give a care there was a signed contract and that the deposit and the money in their bank account.

This buying experience was seamless through out! From first contact with Pete Takacs to new car delivery with Marc Lovejoy the entire process was fantastic.. Marc Lovejoy is a great salesman, his knowledge of Lexus vehicles and options is unmatched. During delivery he spent over an hour ( on a Saturday, ) showing me my vehicles numerous options. Mr. Lovejoy's easygoing personality and vast knowledge of Lexus products make him a TOP NOTCH SALESMAN...

First of all I was very impressed with the building and showroom! I went to the reception desk was helped right away. She called a salesman to assist me. I looked at the cars in the showroom and was surprised to see a 2012 Lexus 350 there.it had just been reduced in price. It looked brand new, and was just what I was looking for because I couldn't afford a 2015. I got to test drive it and knew it was for me. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. I felt like they really cared. No pushy sales, no competition. The extra warrantee was explained and I'm coming in Monday to add it. Dave even called my insurance office for me. I am 66 years old and have worked my whole life so that one day I could have a luxury car like this. I like the design and the size and all the extras other brands do no have. I highly recommend the Lexus of Merrillville! Thanks Guys L ille
