I have been searching for a B8 body style A4 for quite some time and have done multiple test drives at other dealerships. When I saw this 2009 A4 Prestige listed on their website, I did what I normally do which is hit the contact us/get a quote button and filled out my information. Based on past experience, I expected to get a call maybe in the next few days but Dyan called me within minutes of sending the quote request and was the nicest sales person you could get on the phone. My experience at the dealership was even better. Dyan made us feel so comfortable and welcomed during our stay there while we waited and while they worked on getting everything together. Now that I think about it, we were there a few hours but it sure didn't feel like it. I bet she was working a mile a minute to get things done but every time she checked on us she would be as calm and pleasant as can be. The "haggling" was painless which is very rare. Alex Onulak, the business office manager, was very thorough and clear on the paperwork. I appreciate the advice he gave on which extras and add-ons would be best for me instead of just selling everything on top of the car purchase. Some dealerships are bad about that. I have bought 12 cars in the past from various dealerships. Both Dyan and Alex made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. So far, lucky 13 is working out great. I'm looking forward to the first service visit with them. From what I've experienced with Dyan and Alex, I'm hoping the experience would be just as good. I definitely would buy there again and highly recommend O'Daniel Audi in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I'm sure all their sales staff is great but Dyan was just awesome!

I am a nightmare of a customer. I am extremely picky, very particular and cheap. I am crazy about cars, so in most cases I know more than the sales staff that assists me. Needless to say, all these reasons make me quite unpopular among most dealers. Even though I buy a new car every year, I have never been loyal to any dealership as I have a vast experience with mediocre, untrained and unprofessional sales staff. I bought my second car from Mr. Mekianov, within an year and I am certain that he is the absolute best in the business. Four months, 42 emails (the actual number of emails), and at least 20 phone calls, is what took for me to get my new car and for him to turn me into a loyal buyer. I am sure he has a PhD in cars, but it is his patience that i appreciate the most, as he answered each question and accommodated each request. And as I said, I am a very difficult customer. Thank you Mr. Mekianov and support staff at Porsche Fort Wayne
