I have now purchased two vehicles from Kokomo Auto World. John Wayne has been my salesman both times and has been very professional and courteous at all times. He has not only gone above and beyond by keeping me updated on vehicles that I may be interested in but also about times when there is a special sale going on that may help me out. Nick also was a great help in finance when I had to sign paperwork. He got the job done in a very timely manner while making feel comfortable to stop him at any time if I had a question. I really love my 2012 Certified Toyota Camry. I would recommend Kokomo Auto World to anyone. I'm quite certain that you will be happy with not only the service you receive but with the vehicle that you purchase.

and the deal met all my expectations. The staff was awesome in every way possible...I honestly met most of them the 2 days I spent at Kokomo Auto World. Thank you Bryce, Cain, Chris, Tim and John...and Pete ;) Every member of the staff treated my husband and I respectfully, were helpful and patient. Tim and Bryce were very understanding in working out the sale...so much that we drove our 2014 Van home the first day with a check to hold...we drove an hour plus to see the van. The team worked with us to finish financing withing the week! We will buy from Kokomo Auto World again!

We worked with Luke & Nick. We bought a used SUV. I was told it would be completely detailed. The stains in seat were cleaned but today I'm cleaning the dog hair off seats left from previous owner. Also cleaning sticky cup holders that was over looked. I'm just really disappointed that they couldn't take the time to do a good job. Haven't bought many used cars but I don't think this is how to get repeat customers. Also was told to fill out credit app online to save time & still had to give them the same info over again when we got to the dealership. That was a waste of my time at home.

Quick response to my internet inquiry. Initial call was pleasant and not too pushy. Salesman drove an hour and a half to my home to accommodate my busy schedule, so that I could test drive the vehicle. Was very patient while I took my time to evaluate the vehicle. Addressed concerns that I had and answered all my questions. Business Manager explained the paperwork and did not rush me to sign before I had a chance to read. Overall impression....they are eager to please the customer.

Arrived on time for a scheduled appointment on Saturday to test drive a vehicle, and took off work early to make it on time. A salesman had taken the car home and was an hour away from his house. Was sent to 2 different addresses before being able to test drive the car, after waiting over an hour for them to get the car from the employees house. Car was dirty and not detailed. Once I finally arrived to the dealership it was 10 minutes til closing. We were unable to finish paperwork and make an offer, however I was showing extreme interest and was promised by sales manager, Nick, that I would get a phone call and an answer on Monday. After waiting for a call, I called in myself 3 separate times, and was told each time that Nick was unavailable. Had my friend call to ask about the car, and found out they had sold it an hour earlier. When I took the phone and talked to the salesman, he decided to rub it in my face how clean and detailed the car was as he had it cleaned that morning. I drove out of my way to go to this dealership, and learned my lesson. The employees didn't even have the decency to let me know the car was being looked at or had been sold.
