Neal K was salesman.Contacted them 3 times about Honda Odessey. Told them each time I wanted it. Drove 200+ miles one way to get it. When I got there they said it was sold last night but they would gladly sell me another one with more miles and costs $3000 more. Contacted them when I got back [left my number for sales manager to call me]. Nothing yet 3 days later. I would have put a deposit on it the first day I contacted them [ left e-mail nothing sent back]. Purely bait and switch. Beware

I have a high standard for auto service. I expect the mechanics to be excellent, the prices to be fair, and the service management to be honest, ethical, and to communicate well. My wife and I had an excellent experience with Dunning Subaru service, so we decided to try Dunning Toyota for my wife's 2003 Corolla's service. I was impressed with the Service Director, James Norris. First, he set up an appointment and welcomed us as new customers by email before ever coming in. Second, my wife brought her car of 220k miles in, which at many dealers would have been an opportunity to try and sell optional services and repairs as "essential" Dunning did not try to sell anything other than the appropriate interval service repairs--essentially changing all of the fluids (which were due based on date). Third, the service cost came in UNDER estimate. Fourth, the dealer completed the service timely. Fifth, the general manager of the dealer John T. communicates very well with customers, and helped to make sure that the overall service experience was excellent. Both Dunning Toyota and Dunning Subaru have my highest recommendation for their service department. I cannot yet rateon their sales department as I have not purchased from Dunning, though I was impressed that the general sales manager did come out and introduce himself the first time I came to the dealership for service.

Izzy Monberg was the most helpful sales rep that I worked with at any dealership during my search for a new car. She understood my situation and helped me find a car that was right for me instead of just trying to sell me on the newest and shiniest models. I highly suggest shopping at Dunning and also suggest working with Ms. Monberg.

We had an amazing experience with Dunning purchasing our first car. We were helped by Carol Stanley an experienced sales lady. She has over 30 years of experience. She really took care of us and helped us make a choice. With a limited budget we wanted the best deal for a used car. We almost did not go back to Dunnings after our first visit but Carol was persistent, kept regular contact with us and finally able to get us one car. Our final dealing was with Beth who also was good.
