Sold us warranty for interior protection. Got problem with leather, found out it was useless. Made appt for service and then told us nothing we can do. Waste of time. Could have told us when we bought the car. Willing to pay more if dealer is truthful. Will not buy from Dunning again.

Steve Odish was a very knowledgeable and customer oriented salesman. He was honest and helped us make a fair deal. Steve was very thorough and considerate of our time. Typically buying/leasing a car is a time consuming and frustrating experience as evidence by our attempts to buy/lease a competitor car the day before so we are very fortunate to work with Steve and Dunning Toyota. Highly recommend this salesman and Dunning Toyota, especially Camry new cars.

This is my second RAV4. I was living in a different state when I purchased my first RAV4 but I did use the service center at Dunning Toyota before buying my new car. I was very pleased with the service so when it came time to purchase a new car it was obvious that I should go to Dunning. I confess that I went in knowing what I wanted. Then I met Beth Bashert. She not only found the car I wanted and then took the time to explain all the features on the car. Beth continues to keep in touch to make sure I am still happy. Yes, I am very happy with my car, with Beth and with the entire Dunning experience.

This was our seventh car purchased from Dunning. We have always had a great experience but this one goes above and beyond our expectations. I was interested in a very specific 4Runner that was not on the lot and not within the immediate 4 state area. Jason Kersey and Lowell Dunning completed a trade with a dealership in Idaho that was expecting the vehicle I was looking for and the 4Runner was shipped here instead in a timely fashion. Flawless Delivery. I was treated very fairly in the purchase of my 2006 4Runner as well. Doug Balogh in service has also been a big factor in retaining my business. Thank You Again.

I was not told that I could choose between 0% or $1500 rebate. I was very upset after finding out that Victoria Toyota in Canton is doing both. Worse still, when they persuaded me to trade for a new car on 7/7, they gave me the white paper with 3 % interest rate to circle on 7/14, Bank of America called me to confirm the information, the rate was 3.69%. I rushed to Dunning Toyota, I saw the white paper 3% and the yellow sale contract was 3.69% on the small left top corner while all price numbers on the right side. They did not allow me to take any paper, I took the picture. on 7/7, the day I bought the car, I was only given 2 papers without any interest rate on it. They said that I signed the paper, nothing can be changed. I need to bring the case to Attorney General Michigan and Better Business Beaurea and Japan headquarter. It is a shame. Go to "Yelp", this company seems getting used to one star review. How can two different rates on two documents and could still say, "Thank You, nothing can be changed because you signed the paper." Human being have conscience.

It isn't until a person submits a credit app and the lending source approves a rate that we can give you more accurate information based on the particulars of your situation. All Toyota promotions have disclaimers and most of the current promotions are either 0% or $1500 Cash bonus, not both depending on the vehicle you choose. To receive 0% APR, you must meet the requirements set forth by the manufacturer. The current finance promotions are the same for all Toyota dealerships in the area. As per the law, any customer signing a document can receive a copy of that document if requested.
