I was looking for a low-mileage used Edge, but didn't find one on the GLF website. So, I went to another local dealer, where I was seriously considering making a purchase of one of 2 possible vehicles. The carfax reports on both cars indicated that they had been in an accident. I thought it best to have them inspected before purchasing, so I called GLF to set up an appointment. Even though I was working with another dealer, the staff at GLF were extremely helpful. They told me to ask the other dealer for the "multi-point inspection" report. When I did, and they replied that they had "lost it," I knew I had made a BIG mistake! Needless to say, I worked with Ross Ford at GLF and we were able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Clean carfax report, no accidents, super low mileage - squeaky clean! Thanks to the staff, and especially to Ross, I avoided making a huge mistake! I am a very satisfied customer!

I went in at the end of the month. Kind of a mistake because it was busy. My sales rep Jim Himebaugh was great explaining things to me and taking the time to get me a deal I am extremely happy with. Everyone I met there was very friendly and asked if I needed help or how I was doing without making me feel stalked like some other dealerships do. Very genuine and appreciative of my business. I feel well taken car of and have a sweet ride to prove it. Don't be afraid to ask for a better deal. I got not one, not two, but three offers to chose from. My only gripe was how long it took for all the paperwork to get done but then I showed up early and end of the month sales were kind of crazy.

I had a challenging morning - there were many electrical issues with my Saab 97-X and that morning I had to be in Ann Arbor for a 7 a.m. meeting. I rolled my window down to get coffee and it didn't roll up. On my return to Lansing, I called Carly Manalac at Grand Ledge Ford. I told her my 3 criteria for a car. When I got there, Craig Ervin was there to assist me. Both Carly and Craig listened to what I had to say. Believed what I said and got me a car that meets my needs! No hassles, no headaches, no arguments. I then needed to pick up the car earlier than I had planned. Everyone made that easy, too. Craig even came in on his day off to help me clean out my old car and make sure the transfer went smoothly.

We love our 2015 Ford Fusion and our sales representative Will was great. It was our third time buyine from Grand Ledge Ford, our first new car in 14 years and our first lease. Grand Ledge Ford and our Fusion was heads above the other dealerships (Honda and Toyota) that we explored. Our experience would have been perfect if the monthly lease cost that we were quoted had actually been what they brought to us to sign. Almost walked away without the car. Thanks for meeting us more than halfway (and we are happy with the cost as well as the car), however, we expect a more accurate quote to start with the next time. It was almost a deal breaker.
