I was in the market for a new vehicle. My current vehicle was quickly dying, and becoming more and more unreliable by the day. I contacted Chris, and he invited me by the showroom. He stayed truthful about how quick the car could move. I came in the dealership, John took me on my test drive because Chris was with a customer. He made me comfortable, and made the experience worth the long drive. I came back, and we discussed more, spoke with Chris, then talked to Brian the used car manager, and instantly felt at home. The team worked with me patiently, and accepted me in my state of credit repair, and worked out a deal to get me into a car, and build my credit. Had it not been for Chris, John, Brian, and Brett (finance guru) I'd still be looking for something and a dealership I felt comfortable trusting. Thanks Suburban Chevy for all your help, patience, and guidance. It wasn't about selling a car and kicking me out, it felt more like making a life long friend, who they wanted to see happy, and not impulsively buying a vehicle in the time of need. Chris orr is the greatest guy! Very knowledgeable and super nice, made my whole experience very positive and comfortable. Chris answered all the many many questions I had in a positive and extremely helpful manor. This was my first time buying a newer car and it couldn't have been any easier! Everyone else I worked with was excellent as well, highly recommend Mr. Orr and this dealership. Everyone works together very hard to get to, or to as close to what you're looking for to make you feel comfortable with your deal before you finalize.

I totaled my vehicle and they were able to get me into a new vehicle within a week, these guys worked so hard to help me and they did an amazing job finding me the best vehicle and financing to go with, they took my list of wants and needs in a vehicle and ran with it, they exceeded the expectations of what a dealership is and went out of their way to make sure that I left with a new vehicle that I not only needed but wanted.

I had been researching vehicles for the past year trying to figure out what vehicle I wanted to buy that best suited my needs. I ended up picking the Buick Enclave. I do not buy new, only used. I narrowed my search down to 6 different Enclave's that peaked my interest & were in my price range. I had my route mapped out to the 4 different dealerships to look at the different vehicles. I took a couple of days off of work to do this. My first stop was Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton. John Lane was the salesman who helped me. He showed me two of the Enclave's they had that I was interested in. He was very open & honest about the vehicles he was showing me as well as very patient with me. I really liked & was very interested in the one. I told him I had 4 more cars to look at before I could make a final decision and my fiancé would have to see it first. He was not pushy or trying to keep me from going on my mission of looking at these other vehicles. Instead he was very understanding and realized how important & serious this was to me to look at all of these vehicles before making a decision. After driving all over god's creation and looking at the other Enclave's. I decided on the Enclave that John had. I called him to let him know. I told him that my fiancé had to see it first before I could actually purchase it. It was late & I know they were getting ready to close but John told me to come on back & pick the Enclave up and take it home for the night. I was delightfully shocked!! I had planned on my fiancé coming up to the dealership in the morning to look at it & going into work late. Of course, I excepted and went & picked up the vehicle. The next morning my fiancé gave me the thumbs up & I called up to the dealership to get the process started. John was off the this day but there were others who jumped in to help guide me through the process with ease. The general manager Steve, got all of the paperwork started & helped me through some difficult decisions what additional services I would want for the vehicle. Brett the finance manager made the financing end of it a breeze. He kept me laughing the whole time with his incredibly funny sense of humor. Everyone was just amazing!! Another sales person, Eric, who had nothing to do with my purchase gladly helped me with all of the bells & whistles the car had to offer. I had no idea how to make them work...LOL... I did not think they could clean the car up better then what it already looked like but when I was finished with all of my paperwork and the Enclave was actually mine. They pulled it up for me & it was actually shinier and cleaner then I could of ever imagined. I feel like I purchased a brand new car. Everyone that has seen my car since my purchase thinks it is brand new. They don't believe me when I tell them it is a couple of years old. All I can say is what a prenominal experience. These people are like one big happy family who truly look out for their customers. I am going to scratch the work customer & say guest. They treated me like I was an extremely important guest in their home. I highly recommend this dealership. Wonderful people & extremely great service!!! :)
