We had been considering buying a new Subaru Outback after not being satisfied with our current car and reading all the great reviews. After checking multiple dealerships and finding none available we checked the Muskegon dealership and talked to Andre Coffee. He also told us none were available but they had one to test drive. We took the test drive and knew we wanted one. Andre walked us through the ordering process so we could get just what we wanted on the car. He did not push any extras on us that we didn't want and explained everything to us. He also kept me updated through the 60 day wait. It was definitely worth the wait! When we went to pick up the car, we were offered something to drink while we waited by two different people. Everyone there was very friendly. Andre sat in the car with us and explained all the features. Very thorough job. With salespeople like him I can see why they have such a good rating. Will be recommending them to anyone looking for a great car and great service!

From the moment we walked into the door of the dealereship we felt comfortable. Everyone had a smile on their face as they greeted us. Which ever vehicle we wanted to test drive was not a problem. We started out thinking we wanted a Nissan Murano; but quickly realized that the Rav 4 was more our style. We never felt pressured to make a decision that made us uncomforable. We told them that we needed time to think and when we made our decision we would contact them. When we picked up our vehicle it was waiting for us inside the dealership where it was warm so we would have the time to ask any questions we had. Andre Coffee was fabulous to work with. He makes you feel like family!! Great Guy, Great Experience!

My name is Jack Howell and I found the Toyota service department to be anything but customer friendly! I brought my 2002 Highlander to get a price to repair a noisy exhaust and they quoted me a price of over $1700 to replace the entire exhaust system when the problem was just a broken weld on a support bracket. I took it to Robin hood Muffler and they re-welded it for $30, it is still quiet a year and a half later. I thought I would give them another chance so I brought it in again to diagnose a "VSC" warning light and they wanted $45 to plug in a diagnostic tool ( a 5 minute job) and this price did not even apply to the repair cost! I was so mad that I walked into their new car dealership and told the General Manager not to bother with the price that I was getting on a new Toyota Venza and that I would no longer do business with My Imports as a matter of principle.

Went to My Auto Import Center to see if they would service my Honda Element (they are not a Honda dealer.) I met with Frank Siebart who enthusiastically told me he would take care of my vehicle. After completing extensive service on the vehicle I waited a couple of weeks and am happy to say that all the systems serviced are operating perfectly. Frank and his team were consummate professionals and completed a lengthy list of services in a timely manner. Rather than have me wait, I was offered the use of a new vehicle to shuttle myself home and back to the center. I am completely satisfied with the service and especially the courtesy extended to me.
