We owned a 2011 sorento, went to Williams to have it appraised. we were given a fair price and we decided to lease our next sorento. We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Greg Moore. He was never high pressure and just presented options to us. We have never leased before so this was a new experience. Greg made it very easy for us. We are retired and now shouldn't have to think about car repairs. We loved our previous sorento and we look forward to enjoying the upgrades of our new One!

After losing a serpentine belt in Brevot, Mi. I called Kia service as my Serento was still under warranty, not only did they send a tow truck out 3 hours to pick me up but the was driven 4 hours south to Williams Kia arriving there at 4 am.. It was amazing . Ken Matthews the service manager knew I was there at the dealer waiting for them to open. He was a true professional,friendly,and had the belt covered by the warranty,and I was on my way home in 2 hours

WE GO OUT TO LOOK AND I SAID I WILL TAKE FOR A SPIN. TRADING IN MY ,VAN WOULD LIKE $ 2000...THATS WHAT TOYOTA DEALER OFFERED ....UPON RETURN ERIC SAYS YOUR VAN IS WORTH $50 BUCKS....... I SAID THATS AN INSULT...I CAN SELL TO HOMELESS GUY FOR $60.....GAS IN MY TANK WORTH $50. I SAID IF I BUY IT STRAIGHT OUT WITH NO TRADE IS PRICE NEGOTIABLE? NO.....OUR PRICES ARE THE LOWEST AROUND.... THERE ARE 365 DAYS IN A YEAR... I WILL TELL 1 PERSON EACH DAY WHAT A TURD THIS PLACE IS. MR. WILLIAM MUST BE LIVING IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. SAD :(
