I purchased my Taurus (new) at this dealership. I usually don't go back to the dealer for service; .however, they had a special on service so I decided I would go there once. I had the good fortune to meet Mark Armato. Mark is the best service person I have ever dealt with and that covers a lot of years, a lot of different brands and a lot of dealerships. I purchased my first new vehicle in 1964. My '08 Taurus has never been anywhere else for service so obviously I have been well pleased.

After looking over several vehicles and selecting the one that best fitted my needs, I found the salesperson to be very helpful and friendly. His attitude was professional thru-out the entire time, even to extending to being helpful in getting my insurance on the vehicle before we even had the paperwork done. This is the fourth or fifth car I've purchased from Anderson Rock River Block. I return because their approach is direct, clear, and because they listen to what I want before suggesting cars to look at. I have a high level of trust in their sales people and their finance department. This purchase was no exception, and both Eric Kilmer and Josh Smith were excellent to work with. They answered questions clearly, cleared up any confusion, and made the experience fun, which is important when purchasing anything, and particularly a car.

We have bought numerous vehicles through Joseph. We always go back to him because he is very helpful and knowledgeable. We may go in to just look, but have almost always left with a vehicle because he goes the extra mile. He is always able to answer our questions. Our children are also now buying their vehicles through him because he is reliable and trustworthy. You can always get a straight answer, even when it might not be the one we want to hear. He is never pushy, and always listens. We recommend Joseph and the Rock River Ford dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Sometimes we just pop in to say "Hi!" to him.
